Alex and Jerrick were great! My oil was changed as well as my filters and my power steering fluid checked in under 10 minutes! Jerrick also checked my air pressure in my tires. Reasonably priced and very Quick! Would definitely recommend Master Lube!

Best place I been to so far. Great service fast, didnt have to get out of my car and way cheaper than other placed Ive been to. I highly recommend. They ripped me off in the other place I went to charging me $400.00 for what.

The young manager was very nasty and rude to me first off I came there with my child and my puppy in the car had an oil leak first he tells me my oil is full I'm like wait what I saw no oil in there then I asked can he show me how to read the stick cause apparently I don't know what I'm doing if he says it's full then while he's trying to show then guess what it's no oil in my car then I asked to be topped off 799 a quart is what I'm told then he points to an very old sticker in my window and tell me to go back there that loyalty is everything um I can to you to spend my money why are u sending me away and while I was talking he told me to have a nice day and walk off to leave my child and I on the side of the road I goes next door to the macanic shop very nice guy by the way he changes My oil filter but has no oil on hand I walk back to this place and ask this manager can I buy his oil as he have already said it's 799 he straight up say no really fast and very nasty and in a rude way I'm look ok sometimes it's not what u say it's how u say it to people very nasty young man I walk down the street to another store to get oil this manager also says oh its pretty funny that the macanic doesn't have any oil as of I'm a lier or something so I ask him is he the manager then he really gets nasty and down right rude and tells me yeah what to u want a card with his name and number on it I cursed him out cause at this point I'm hottt very hott and can't understand why someone in his perfession would be acting this way so after all that he still getting smart and nasty asking me do I feel better now..I don't even understand who would even put a child like that in charge of anything I've done plenty of Busine with this place while he's yelling loyalty but as long as this 12 yr old is there I won't be back over the last 9 years I've lived over this way everyone I have ever come in contact with at this oil place has been very pleasant and respectful even the other 2 guys working that day was very nice and knew how to speak to me even tho Mr A was being an A.

Alex was amazing and his customer service i have no words his knowledge about oil changing unbelievable. I take both of my son's cars here to have their oil changed the service here is Is undescribable I haven't it literally takes no longer than 5mins I drive all the way from across town just for the experience at Master Lube on beach blvd!
