on my truck breakdown Friday just south of Colorado city a few miles had towed into match Tech automotive got everything unhooked maybe 30 to 20 minutes before the weekend they come outside they got the driveshaft back. They drove it inside the shop before they went home for the weekend, Monday morning and Monday when I’m leaving at 8 o’clock by 9 o’clock I think I got the phone call. Let me know. They already discovered the issue EGR manifold exhaust pipe from the EGR system down to the intake manifold on my Ford super duty truck 6.7 stroke engine send them to me also told me that Repair Shop that worked on my truck before , took the EGR system off the manifold and put it back together. They forgot to tighten down the two bolts that hold the exhaust pipe to the engines intake manifold and all the issues 1230 this afternoon. They called me. My truck was already repaired and ready to put me back on the road making money I’m a hotshot driver so they’re saving me lots of money by just getting my truck fix as quick as I did recommend bio for hotshot driver if you’re in the Colorado city area you got an issue call these guys up, but my truck would’ve been in Repair Shop for a couple weeks before they even got it fixed. I wanna thank everybody and great job.

Master Tech is absolutely great. I had been looking for a good/honest repair shop, so I decided to give Master Tech a try. I called and talked to Cattie, who was absolutely awesome, she got my car in right away. It got diagnosed and fixed in the same day. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything thing to me. Needless to say they now have a new customer. Thank you Master Tech.

Honest. Reliable. Trustworthy. Just moved here & immediately had auto issues. Took my vehicle to a referred shop where it sat for over 2 weeks. They couldn’t get the work done on a warrantied part after a $170 diag fee. They referred me to Schomp in Denver. Another $200 diag fee & Schomp recommended over $10k in work & NONE of it would be covered by warranty because the OEM parts were not manufactured by BMW. 😂 I was finally able to track down this TechNet certified repair shop in the Springs (same certified shop that did previous work on my vehicle in AZ). These guys are awesome! They replaced the part on my vehicle that was covered under TechNet warranty & I only ended up paying ~$230 out of pocket (for another part & labor that wasn’t covered) instead of the $1,500 I was quoted from the other repair shop that told me to take it to Schomp. So grateful I took the time & read ALL the reviews before I took my vehicle to another shop. These guys are amazing & I’ll always trust them with all my vehicle service needs.

Master-Tech Automotive is nothing short of amazing. They are VERY thorough, kind, communicative, and just good at what they do. I took my car there because it wasn’t starting and it was overheating (when it would start). They fixed the problem in a day, and I didn’t have to wait at all for my car to be serviced. John is who worked with me over the phone and at the front desk, he is the man. I am going to use this place for all of my car troubles and refer my friends and family here as well. Thanks guys!

Called and spoke to John over the phone, he was very friendly and was able to get me in quick while other shops told me it’d be a month before they could look at my vehicle. Dropped my 93 Jeep off for a new rear drive shaft and some other odds and ends related to it. They had me up and running almost an entire week sooner than expected and the cost even came in lower than quoted. When I picked it up, Kevin who had worked on it, gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did and even gave me some additional insight into the vehicle mechanically which was a huge help as I had just bought it. John and Kevin were both extremely friendly and straightforward. If you want a mechanic you can trust I highly recommend coming here.

This is the most reliable car repair shop in Colorado Springs!! In particular, Mr. John is a wonderful person and responds or calls back quickly if there are any concerns, giving you updates so you don't have to worry about what's going on. Also, they provide detailed estimates before any repairs, so you can feel at ease. My car had various issues, but they were all resolved in one visit. I can recommend this shop to my family and friends. If you don't know which shop to go to, I recommend coming to this one!! I definitely will come back to this place if my car has any problems.

I called and asked for an oil change appointment the week of 4th of July and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Always excellent customer service and great car service. Once there I asked to have my tires rotated and brakes checked. They agreed with no problem. I waited there while they serviced my car and I was in and out in an hour and a half! Always great service every time!! And prices are reasonable!
