My experience with Fredie was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Fredie kept our car for months without ever giving an accurate timeline for completing the repair. He consistently missed his own deadlines and rarely communicated with updates when he said he would. He completely lost all our trust when we communicated with him and made plans to travel to Vegas specifically to pick up the car, and he still didn't have it ready when we were scheduled to arrive. He texted us the morning of our arrival date to let us know we wouldn't be able to pick it up. After this incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience, our car still wasn't fully repaired. I deeply regret leaving our car in his hands and I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for any significant car repair. It's not worth it. At best he's incompetent, at worst he's a crook.

My Jeep's transmission was dripping fluid on the driveway and they said it needed to be serviced. They also discovered the car had a leaking gas line on the engine which was causing dirty fluid to run down on the transmission, so I'm not certain if that was the cause of the driveway stains or not. In other words, did the transmission really need to be serviced or not. Nevertheless they did the service and fixed the leak and I'm OK with it, hence the favorable rating. Two minor complaints: there were several delays due to the leak and they weren't great at keeping me informed plus they managed to stain one new floor mat, which they said they would steam clean, hence the less-than-perfect rating.

I had gone to another place to get a transmission flush and he wanted to charge me for more things I didn't need, so I called Master Auto Repair, Freddie said what they wanted to do didn't sound right, so I went to his shop and he said, I didn't need that and gave me just a transmission flush, at a reasonable price. Fredie screwed our family. We followed his recommendations to work on our car, it cost $4,000 and took him 8 months cuz he said he thought we had another car so he just slow walked the job. Never communicated and the 'fix' lasted two weeks before the engine was knocking worse than before. Fredie initially agreed to trade for something running in his used lot, just so we could get around, then just ghosted. Go elsewhere if you have major work to be done.

So I stopped by this place because of the good reviews. I have my own business so my work van needed a lot of work. It's been some time since I've maintained it.my nissan work van Wouldn't pass smog due to the issue it had plus many more other issues that we determined. After finding out that my struts, we're shot and my alignment was causing my tires to wear down, van drove rough but Freddy took care of everything. I got all my issues resolved Including a Check-engine light that noone else could fix at other shops After all the repairs , the price was very Reasonable and I was very happy with the work. My Van hasn't drove This nice since I bought the Van very happy.Highly recommended !THANK YOU FREDDY!

We are from out town and didn't know where to have the brakes done on our Chevy diesel truck. Master Transmission was recommended by a friend. We weren't disappointed.
