Excelente servicio, el pasado jueves tuve un problema con mi Audi el cual ya había visitado distinto talleres sin poder dar con el problema al momento que llegué a este taller pudieron dar con la solución inclusive con otros detalles que mi auto tenía. Recomendadisimo.

This was one of the best shop that I have been too in a while. They knew what I wanted to get fixed and it didn’t take them long to get it done. I highly recommend cooking here if you need to get your car checked out or if something is wrong you could get it fixed here for a good price

Recently had the thermostat go out on one of our cars. Gave me an estimate over the phone and quoted me for less when I arrived. Had the thermostat replace within two hours and pick up the car the same day. Very friendly and highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The owner Mario is extremely unprofessional and definitely a scammer. He scammed State Farm and us as well. Our car was there for 6 months &it took him that long to in the end say, we needed a NEW ENGINE! Then held our car captive until we paid $1,300 in which we did for the sake of getting our car out. He is yet to send me a list of what he did to our car that is still not running. State Farm paid him a total of 6,500 and we paid 1,300 outta pocket &our car is still not running, He hardly answered calls through the process & took months to submit info to the insurance. Once the car was towed to our home because we realized that this place is a cover for illegal buisness, & not an actual place of buisness, the man who towed our car informed me that our car had missing parts in the motor,and when he arrived the car had no battery and once he began taking pictures someone quickly came to put a battery in, when I called to ask why the bottom part of the car was dragging if they “put so much work& money into it” they informed me that the plastic cover was “probably somewhere in the shop”. Keep your money and go to an ethical shop, this place is a cover & believe me they will scam you !

Worst experience of my life. This auto shop does not know what they’re doing. After my first visit with them I was forced to bring my car in a couple of times because the problems were not fixed properly the first time. After weeks of attempted repairs they robbed me of $3,000 and now my check engine light is on. These guys do not know what they’re doing and have terrible service. Avoid this place at all cost!

Found my mechanic! I was referred to Masterpro Car Care by a colleague of mine after I told him that most places I’ve called/visited were either rude or charged way too much when I knew it shouldn’t be that much (not even my mechanic in LA would charge that). Not only did Masterpro provide reasonable prices, their customer service was awesome! Mario & his team actually took the time to fully explain the issue, even showed me where the issue was coming from and made sure I understood. They’ve earned my trust & highly recommend them!

Mario and the team here were excellent! They got my car in, fixed the issue, now my car AC has never worked better - and the best part is it only took a day! I was shocked at how quickly they were able to get the car in and then work diligently on it! I would highly recommend this car shop and the work of those employed here!!

Husband and wife are a great team. The mechanic his super knowledgeable and works hard to go get your vehicle fixed and does a great job letting you know what’s wrong and what’s needed to fix it.
