Was referred here by a coworker of mine & upon arrival the receptionists ( female & male ) in the office were very polite and very helpful. They explained everything to me, answered any questions I had. I also had my daughter’s Christmas assembly to attend and they made sure to get me out in time to make it there. I appreciate them diagnosing the issue with my vehicle as well as giving me a very affordable estimate for repair. I plan to see them soon for the repairs. Thank you guys again and see you soon! Update: Everything went GREAT with my car however I ended up having another issue unrelated and I called them up and with no hesitation, they told me they will look at the car . Fixed the issue same day and also educated me on other things to look out for and what I should do in the future. Also Roberto ❤️ is the BEST . So easy to talk to and explains everything so well. If ever there was a time I was worried about anything, he assured me they will take care of it & I know he meant it ! Thank you all 😘

After going to 2 other repair shops, my vehicle was not even close to being repaired. Finally my problem was diagnosed and repaired. I highly recommend going to Master Auto Repair. The people there are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

There is great work done here and they explain everything that has to done to you as well. Cost is expensive but they guarantee and warranty the parts and labor.

Would not recommend going here took my car for a diagnostic test, they gave me a 100$ fee but turned around and said that he had to run further test they never said I was gone have to pay more than the 100$ for testing he said he told me he didn’t say anything at all but say I owe them almost 500$ just got the testing. Don’t let them get you cause they got me and couldn’t retrieve my vehicle until I paid them.

I brought my 2018 Cadillac Xt5 in for service of tire sensors. They were courteous fast and efficient and diagnosing the problem and the repairs. I found that the repair price was fair as well and I'm very satisfied with there professionalism. BTW IT WAS NICE TO FIND A CAR SERVICE CENTER WITH SUCH A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WAITING AREA THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT COMMON IN THAT FIELD.

I took my car in for a repair due to it failing the emission test. They did the repairs in one day and my car was able to pass the emission test. I had a great experience and I will use them in the future for sure!

Well it took awhile to actually get them to do the diagnostic and let me know what the problem was, but it was a fair price quote to repair the problem
