Great experience! My car was having issues starting I couldn’t even drive anywhere to get it fixed. Thankfully, Masters sent their tow truck right to me and brought it to their shop. It was done in no time. All for a great price!! Will definitely be coming back.

My experience with this auto shop was great. The front guy help me out. Explain to me what part I needed and explain to me how much it was gonna cost very cheap really fast. I will definitely recommend my family and friends.🤭🤭

My van broke on the side of the road. I called Master towing service, they took my van to the shop, and they replaced my alternator in two hrs. Great customer service! All in one at the shop, they can towed the car to the shop, get it repair at the shop, and offer the parts.

My car stop working on Interstate 465 south they have they own towing service they was there within 25 minutes and they got me in and out the same day. Very trustworthy great shop

Has anyone ever sued this company? They told me my thermostat needed to be replaced the cost $728, I picked up my car, drove it to work it was still leaking antifreeze and smoking took it back to them now they are telling me I need a whole new engine $3400. I will be going to small claims court in the morning.

The absolute worst customer service and over inflated price ever. Is there such a thing as 0000 stars. that’s what they would get. I ended up paying the 45$ diagnostic fee bc they need it to eat. had my car taken there bc it broke down on the highway, they called me to give me the estimate to repair the vehicle before I even had a chance to discuss or authorize anything. Called them back to give them the job and they never responded but as soon as i wanted to take my car somewhere else where they actually called me to charge me for diagnostics, now all of a sudden they wanna call me up to collect me and be rude to me. No I am not paying mam for nothing.

They charge way too much!!! They mess more stuff up. They fix what they want to fix and don't get to the problem so more stuff goes wrong!!! Then they act like no big deal!!

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They let someone steal my Cadillac converter and said “oh well”. Literally the worst place I’ve ever been. If your car can make it to a different shop go there!

Do not go here, u went for a simple tune up and I came back to my car not starting and over heating issues once they where able to to get it started ....also they charged me WAY TO MUCH

I want to be honest yes they did fix something but they didn't fix the right things in my car that needed fixed and then charged me a higher amount of money to get it done and they didn't even fix the problem and they're not willing to work something out with me to face the bigger problem because they are looking at they fix the problem they wanted to fix on my car and not the problem that needed fixed on the car. Now I'm looking at the only car I got basically gone and I use my car for a career

They did an AWESOME job on my car.Replacing my control arms and ball joints..Very reasonable and nice people.I would definitely recommend them.
