Great experience. Very fair pricing and I felt much more comfortable dealing with these guys than the local mechanics right next to my house. Hopefully I won’t need them again for a while but if I do, definitely coming back to them for the peace of mind and quality work they give!

By far the best shop I have been to in all of San Antonio! I took my car to the dealership and they were stating thousands of dollars. I reached out to Haitham and Phillip who gave me a second opinion and thank god they did! Turns out the problem was not so serious and saved me a very costly mistake. Work was quick and communication was on par! 10 out of 10 would always recommend for all your car needs. Thanks for getting me and my family back on the road!

I called this place to ask if they could diagnose my car, they said yes and told me to bring the car within one hour. The car was there for three hours and they couldn't check it because they didn't have time, they told me to take it the next day at 8am, I'll take it, it's 2:00pm the next day I call and they still haven't been able to check it. WHICH IS MY EVERYDAY CAR, I NEED TO FIX IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, at least know what it has. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE if you need a repair. They don't even call you for follow-up. I'm going to get my car and take it somewhere else. Llamé a este lugar para preguntar si podrían hacerle un diagnostico a mi carro, me dijeron que sí y me especificaron llevar el carro a una hora. El carro estuvo tres horas allí y no lo pudieron revisar porque no tuvieron tiempo, me dicen que lo lleve al otro día a las 8am, lo llevo, son las 2:00pm del otro día llamo y aún no han podido revisarlo. QUE ES MI CARRO DE USO DIARIO, QUE NECESITO ARREGLARLO LO MAS PRONTO POSIBLE, por lo menos saber lo que tiene. NO LLEVEN SUS VEHICULOS A ESTE LUGAR si les urge una reparacion. Ni si quiera te llaman para seguimiento. Voy a buscar mi carro y llevarlo a otro lugar.

Had my 2019 GMC 1500 repaired and they did an awesome job!👍🏼 It’s hard to find a reliable mechanic shop but they earned my trust. Took my car to Masters for a second opinion only to be told I needed half the repairs the other shop quoted me for. I appreciate your honesty Phillip!

Thanks too a great team; I had a great experience knowing the business that was run. I had bought a car from the salesman here and he is very interested in helping out the costumer from the nicks and nacks of the used vehicle I purchased. He took the time too find the solution in my electrical problem, oil change, checked my brakes, and also acknowledge the wrongs and rights. I appreciate this business being open because we need more people as this squad. I feel as if I’m going to not see them again when I drive away being that I wouldn’t come visit to bring back business in the near future. Also, had a long day of work to realize that the hands of my car is in a great position to lead when I go. So? Master’s Lube thank you for being open. Thanks for taking the time to put the car up for sale and giving me a third opportunity at a fresh start. Foreign mechanics are often expensive and I appreciate the value and action taking into this company as a whole.

Always take my vehicles here to get serviced. Mechanics do a good thorough job. I never have issues afterwards. My pockets are never drained( great prices) My wife and I will continue to give them our service

They changed the transmission oil in my car and put a liter and a half too much, and when I went the next day to tell them they told me that I was wrong and I had to take it to another workshop and pay to remove the excess oil. oil and leave it level.

The battery in my car went bad. They were able to provide me with new battery for free since it was still under warranty and asked that I give them 5 stars. Gave them 5 stars, 5 months later realized the battery was bad. Not sure if it was another issue that caused the battery to go bad or they just never replaced it. That's why I'm putting 3 stara

Very nice guys. Super reasonable. Everybody was trying to charge me $100 to change my oil even though I had the oil and the filter. They charged me $20. They took care of my Mini Cooper. I found a new place to take the mini cooper.

Went in after work today Oct 7, 2021 to have my oil changed on my diesel Colorado. 2 cars ahead and only waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn. They don’t up sell anything so the experience isn’t pushy and there’s no time wasted. It took about 5 minutes and I was done. I’m not going anywhere else for vehicle fluid work. If you want a good deal and you don’t want to wait forever like Take 5 or jiffy lube, do yourself a favor and just go to Master Lube. They’ve got a customer for life or until Biden crashes the economy.
