I have been going to Masterwerks for over 20 years. When I learned that it was under new ownership I was a little nervous about building a new relationship with the new owners. But after taking my company’s fleet vehicles to them all of my doubts were gone. The completely picked up where the previous owner’s left off . They have far exceeded my expectations with their prompt service and professionalism and quality work . I would and have recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

I needed the bulb in my passenger side tail light replaced. I called and they got me in within a couple of hours and it was fixed within a couple of minutes! I’m happy with their service!

This place was awesome today. Got a flat today while delivering food to friends. And got there 30 minutes before closing. They fixed it right up in no time at all!! Thanks, Eddie Newman and the technicians, for helping us out tonight. The price was great, too.

Brought my truck to MasterWerks on a Monday morning after numerous other places were misdiagnosing my issue, or not even catching it at all. I sent an email and received a call the next day from Sean to verify and gather a bit more info. After speaking with him and what my thoughts were, he said he thought I was on the right track, and can definitively diagnose the issue. Received a call from Eddie later that day that in fact, what we spoke about on the phone was the problem that no one else was ever able to find, along with a couple other things other shops have missed over the years. Got a text Tuesday that my truck was done and ready for pick up. I was expecting at least three or four days. Got the truck back & couldn't be happier with the communication, staff, and overall drop off to pick up experience. Will definitely return when not just this vehicle, but the other vehicle in the household needs work.

Came here to get my air conditioning checked....should have done it 2 years ago! Very reasonable for a system evacuation and recharge! I lost the garage I've been going to for 25 years, so I'm hoping this will be my new go-to!

Had a horrible experience on my very first visit with a rogue employee that took my payment and didn't apply it to my account. The office lady aggressively calls a day or so after accusing me of ducking out on a $25 payment, mind you, but admits to having to terminate this rogue employee for insubordination. I simply asked why she wouldn't call to explain the situation and seek remediation vs immediately accusing me of any wrongdoing as I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have given my keys back and allowed me to leave without paying as that's SOP everywhere. I told her I couldn't go down immediately however happily offered to go back down and pay the small amount of $25 or even pay over the phone. From there I thought she might have said ok when can you come down and square this up but nope absolutely not she was not at all pleased with me sharing what actually transpired from my perspective nor with my overall concerns/thoughts around her approach. She showed no empathy and fired back never mind I'll just take care of it and ended the call. Guess I'm the fool as today I attempted to take my other vehicle back to them to complete a small tire repair as being honest the actual service on my first vehicle was performed well and at a good price point, outside the horrible experience with the rogue employee and the overly aggressive office lady. Walked in and spoke to the counter man and even transparently explained the situation with the first debacle to see if that still needed to be squared up or was it potentially written off, he said he wasn't aware nor too much concerned. Turns out they were busy but able to set an appt for later in the afternoon so off I went. 30 mins later get a call that my account flagged and now they can no longer work on any of my vehicles. I again stated all over a rogue employee of yours that you terminated for insubordination and I also transparently disclosed and was willing to square up upon revisiting, next I was told none of that was relevant and I was also denied to converse with a manager as I was then told the owner made it "very clear" they were no longer doing business with me. Very disappointing to see this subpar business approach with no accountability on their part just an overly aggressive stance accompanied with a mentality of the customers in the wrong. Definitely a horrible customer experience especially coming from a background of 20+ years of experience/ownership in the automotive industry, but some of that's on me as I definitely should have learned my lesson with this place from the lingering aftertaste of the first experience!

Great family owned repair shop! Unfortunately the engine in my subaru spun a bearing. Masterwerks was able to find a engine and get it installed within a few days. It's been running great since. Found my goto for all my car repairs!

Sara and her team was AWESOME. Had an after market suspension parts installed to improve tire wear since Teslas rear tires tend to have extreme tire wear on the inside of the tires. This should correct that issue. They also aligned the car once the parts were installed. Teslas are not easy vehicles to align and they got it done. Highly recommend Masterwerks for all of you automotive needs.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They let me work all day from the lobby while my car was being worked on, and even gave me a car dealership referral when a few days later my car broke down again due to no fault of theirs. I will take any future vehicles here as needed, and will refer them to my friends as well. Prices are fair. 6/2024 update: I still go here! They're still amazing to work with, and everyone I've referred has had a good experience thus far!

Eddie was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like I had been coming there for years. They fixed a transmission fluid leak and the car runs better than new. I thought I would need a new transmission based on how my car was acting, but fixing a leak and topping off the fluid was all it took. Would definitely recommend and go back for future work.

I really like masterworks when I have an issue with my vehicle I take it to them cause I know they will fix the problem that I have on my truck they are very friendly. They respond quickly on repair quotes and talk about what my vehicle needs repair on. I like talking to Sara she makes me feel comfortable knowing that they will do there best to repair my truck. This place is great. Took my vehicle in cause the suspension was making a noise. After several attempts we were finally able to get the noise to make with no charge. After digging into it they gave me a call telling me that they could, replace a part but couldn’t promise that the noise would go away and that they didn’t want me to spend the money on a fix that might not work- who does that! They did leave it up to me to decide. In they I went with the fix! Its good to go to a place that doesn’t just tell you stuff to make a buck. Go there they are nice, professional.

Outstanding Work! I took in my 1997 Chevrolet Silverado 4-wheel drive pick up truck to get an alignment done. I had the whole suspension system redone because I was having trouble keeping the truck on the road. The mechanic told to get it aligned as soon as possible. On the way home It was still difficult keeping it between the lines. The following day I called Masterwerks and was told to bring it that day. They test drove it, put it in a bay and an hour later the mechanic was done! Paid them and drove home. Problem Solved! Excellent work, I plan to use them again and also send them customers.
