As a small-business owner, one of our fleet vehicles got a flat on its way to our first job. I was panicked thinking of my days schedule falling apart but then we pulled into Matlock. They reassured us by saying “we’ll take care of it” and they did! They got the road debris out & repaired it in under 30 minutes. Thank you!!

Called MATLOCK with a slow leak and couldn’t find the reason. They set me up same day, found the tiny nail hidden in the tread, patched and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes! Awesome service guys! Thank you!

I had a flat tire. They were very friendly and got my vehicle done in a timely manner. Luckily my tire only needed to be plugged which they didn't even charge me for. Thank you so much! Your team was a blessing for me that day. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went for an alignment and oil change. They worked quickly. Were honest about not needing an alignment and gave me an estimate for the work I did need. They were dry kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend and will be having future work done with them.

they did a great job replacing my TPMS sensors. they stuck to the price that was quoted and performed the work quickly. pricing was fair and communication was great.

Disappointed. Was quoted a price by a lady for 229.96 for a tire. Actually I asked her a couple of times to give me the total price mounted, balanced and tax. She told me that was the total price for the one tire. They did get the tire in when promised but when given me the bill I just paid it. I went home and found the quote for 229.96. They charged me 320.16. I went back and they refused to change the bill. They acted like it was my fault at which I told them it was their fault for not honoring the price I was quoted. Be very careful with this company, and make sure you check the price first. I thought this was a reputable company. It was the first time I used this place probably will be the last. It's been several days and as expected they wouldn't listen to my phone conversation with there employee and also refused to correct the price. Like I said watch out the quoted price on the phone may not be the charge when you get there. What's wrong with being Honest and admitting your wrong. I guess it's the almighty dollar. Just warning people, I will never use or support this place.

Matlock Tire & Service very nicely fixed a flat tire I had because of a nail. Since I used to go to Discount Tires, I first took my car to them. The rep there tried hard for me to buy a new set of tires, despite my tire thread depth being about 7/32 inches. The nail was in the tread and the rep made the absurd claim that the nail was in the “wall.” At that point I asked Discount Tires (Farragut) to not fi anything and I came hone. After searching for tire repair places online, I found Matlock. I made an appointment with them and they fixed the tire without any fuss. I asked the senior service tech there if I needed new tires. He took a look and said “no”. He said I should wait and if necessary get tires during Thanksgiving. MATLOCK is a local, family owned business, and I’m glad I found them.

Great people. No charge for plugs if you get tires here:) Daughter picked up a nail in her tire. These guys fixed it promptly and for no charge.
