Huge shout-out to Jared at Matrix Auto Works. I called 3 shops in the Bristol area and as soon as I mentioned what I needed done and what kind of truck I had they all sounded like I was bothering them. Jared immediately said he could do it and got me scheduled. He was transparent and professional. I felt very comfortable having him work on my truck. He did a great job. I'll be going to Jared and Matrix Auto Works before anywhere else from now on. Hidden gem of Bristol Auto repair. Highly recommend.

I have a 21 yr old jeep Grand Cherokee, and have had it for years, and tried to keep it up as best possible, but unfortunately, original parts go bad and need replacing. Jared replaced both lower control arms, and outer tie rod, and 4 wheel aligned my jeep. He did a great job, and that jeep hasn't driven that well in a very long time. I highly recommend him. He does excellent work, and is very informative!!

We recently had an amazing experience at Matrix Auto Works and I wanted to share my positive review. While on our way to Tennessee, we encountered a tire emergency. We had a big and deep splinter in our tire and the air pressure was rapidly decreasing. In a panic, I searched on Google and found Matrix Auto Works, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away. Upon arriving at the shop, the mechanic, who may have been the owner, immediately gave us his undivided attention. He went above and beyond by helping us remove our belongings from the car trunk and searching for a spare tire. Despite his best efforts to patch the damaged tire, it was beyond repair. Remarkably, our tire was only a week old, which made the situation even more frustrating. However, instead of taking advantage of our desperate situation, the mechanic selflessly guided us to another workshop where our tire could be replaced and properly inflated so that we could continue our journey. What impressed me the most was that he didn't ask for any money for his time and assistance, even though it would have been easy for him to do so. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service and genuine kindness we received at Matrix Auto Works. The staff went above and beyond to help us in an urgent situation, and their honesty and integrity were truly commendable. We have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for this place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of automotive assistance. I have been fortunate to not need a mechanic for sometime so I googled. This place had great reviews and after speaking to Gerad on the phone I was definitely using Matrix. I ask for him to look at a car I was planning to buy. He went above and beyond, w the information. I was honestly expecting to pay 200 plus but my bill was less than half that, but the service provided was 200 plus. I highly recommend this place, they are kind and affordable.

I found them through peoples recommendations on FB and took my car to them to fix the coilovers and install camber arms. I'm so pleased with everything! They are super friendly and patient with you. I will definitely be coming back with any future car repairs I may need. Thank you all soooo much. My car feels much better now!

Absolutely awesome experience! Great guys there and great service. Mounted my wheels without a single scratch and performed a perfect balance. I would recommend them to anyone! Will definitely be back.
