Matrix Integrated was phenomenal in helping get my Q7 back on the road with an engine replacement. After having the car for 2 years, the engine failed after Audi Beaverton sold it to me with undisclosed issues and then wanted a ridiculous sum to do a band aid repair. Matrix Integrated handled everything start to finish in an honest and professional manner, answering many of my questions quickly along the way. Definitely will be returning to them for any future maintenance for the life of my Q7.

Great service and a lot more reasonable pricing than the dealer for an oil change. Jarid was very personable and helpful. Very easy and no upselling like you usually get from the dealer. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Matrix for a couple years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to diagnose any problem and are always updating me with any changes. I have gone there for repairs, maintenance and upgrades and have been very satisfied with the level of work they provide. I highly recommend Matrix and will continue to get work done from them in the future.

I recently had Matrix service my Porsche Macan for the first time. It was a great experience. Jarid is very knowledgeable about Porsche cars, information about extended warranties, and common repair issues. He is able to communicate clearly how repairs are made. In addition, the car was done on time! I will be taking my car back to Matrix from now on!

His many years of experience and expert advice has been invaluable to me, my wife, and now my daughter too as a new BMW owner. I have been using Matrix Westside to service my vehicles for years. Love the folks there. They are great to work with and always attentive to detail. Their ability to diagnose and carry out repairs are unparalleled in my experience. One of my cars is an older modern classic Porsche which they have taken care of exclusively since I acquired it. They have never recommended a repair that was not needed and everything they have done has proved beneficial to the vehicle and to me. I have never had to bring the vehicle back for a redo or something additional to solve a problem. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a honest shop that does quality work in a timely fashion.
