I came in for new tires expecting to drop 4-500. Rob got me new tires on promo for way less and was able to knock out some work I needed done to help me pass inspection. Ontop of that he came in on his day off to ensure I’d have my car ready for the work week. These guys go above and beyond thanks again

Ernesto was great, I thought I had a screw in my tire. The screw didn’t actually puncture the tire, Mavis removed it for free. Will come back

Ernesto was a lifesaver. I had gone over a nail on a Sunday afternoon and stopped in to see if my tire could be plugged. He took the car right back. He came out to the waiting room to tell me the nail did not puncture the tire & no need for a plug and there was no charge. Will not hesitate to go back for repairs. I highly recommend Mavis!

I needed tires badly, in a very tight timeframe and for less money than my dealer wanted to charge me. Mavis came through in a hat trick of great service. Ernesto, the on-duty manager, did everything he could to make my experience exceptional. He was also very patient with my questions, very friendly and knowledgeable in a way that made everything simple, straightforward, easily understood and efficient. I know family members who also need new tires and I have already recommended that they call Mavis on Frankford Avenue first.

Rob turned my day around. Got a flat on my way to work this morning. Stopped in on the way home and he was able to set me up and get me on the road again. He was very helpful and gave me several options for new tires. Will definitely visit again.

Ernesto gave excellent customer service and gave us a great deal for replacing all four tires. I do recommend this place with the exception of time, was told an hour and it really took almost two. car was only one in the bay and still took this long.

Got my tires all 4 tires done and an alignment. Everything went super smoothly! Dropped my car off the evening before and was able to pick it up the next day. Ernesto was awesome and called me in the morning to let me know there was a similar tire I could opt for instead that were rated the same and I could save some $$$. Rare to find someone honest these days!!

It was a great experience. Got the state inspection with no issues. They spent a good 15 minutes trying to find me the proper wiper for the rear of my car. They even took my temp tag off and installed my proper tag. Nice group of people. Super polite.

The manager Rob was amazing and he really was professional and knew his job!!!! He was so helpful and even explained the work I will in the future in detail to the point where I understood more about my car that I have had for 8 years that no one ever has taught me. He is an excellent business man and just a decent human being! I definitely will continue to do all my car repairs and maintenance here! Great experience!

This was my first time using Mavis and I can not say enough good things about the experience. They were timely, prices were very good, they very clearly communicated the prices for services and what was the expected time frame for service. I got 4 new tires and my alignment checked and was very happy when I left. I will definitely be using Mavis again in the future and will recommend them to anyone going forward.
