Excellent excellent Mavis I’ve been to a few. I was just here today and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. These guys are great guys friendly very cordial and I’m a customer for life.

My mother took her car to the Mavis Discount Tire at 410 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606 on December 3rd, 2024 after ordering tires from Amazon and having them shipped there. Our first encounter was awful due to the fact that they refused to put the tires on once they were ship and signed for by an employee on December 1st. It took them about 30 minutes to supposedly put on 4 brand new tires. We went back to get the tires and my mother’s tire air pressure was extremely low. After taking the tires back on numerous occasions, they finally said that there was a “hole in the tire and that this happens all the time” and then plugged the hole. My father looked at the tires and knew the tires were not new. He then went to the store and spoke with the manager and we found no resolution. We have talked to Amazon and the Regional and General Manager with Mavis to no avail. After following up with the seller and providing all the necessary details, we were met with no resolution, leaving us to believe the product was intentionally taken. This level of dishonesty and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable. I would advise caution when dealing with this seller, as it seems there is no accountability for lost or stolen items. We are now spending more money to buy brand new tires since Amazon nor Mavis is willing to take any sort of accountability.
