I had a flat that I bought with warranty it was one of there staple tires they advertise as always in stock. I came in at 8:10 there was one female behind the counter and a younger gentleman( no one in the garage and no customers ) they explained they didn’t have any of the tire I needed and I had to go to another store. The problem is I felt like they didn’t want to deal with that first thing in the morning. So I go to Jefferson rd location (they were very friendly and helpful). and was able to confirm with the honest employees there that they should have definitely had the tire in according to the system or offered to see if the tire was repairable before replacing with a new per policy.

Stephanie at the desk, Andrew as my technician, did a GREAT job! Could not be happier with TPMS replacements, and recoded the car, light out, and balanced the tires for a SUPER price promotion. Highly recommend this place. Car is smooth sailing again.

Hice una cita a ellos hace una semana y en el día de mi cita me hicieron esperar otras 3 horas más para que me atendieran. Eso significa que la gente que te atiende en el frente no sabe lo que esta haciendo. Debería de poner a alguien que sabe.

This is my favorite Mavis location ! I have gotten all the needed work on my vehicle here at such a great price that doesn’t break the bank and quick fast service. The customer service from The phone to in person is impeccable. Every time I come in Ray is present and greets me with a smile. If you need anything done to tires , oil change , breaks anything ! This should Be the first and only stop . I have been able to get all of my car needs fixed in a fast timely and affordable manor. Also no long wait either can get in and out! I love Mavis discount tire

I went in to get some new tires and less than an hour after I left the man who was working on my car found my facebook profile and sent me a message hitting on me. I never saw him nor spoke to him, I only spoke to the front desk man who was very kind and respectful. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior and I will not be returning to this location.

Love this location. Started coming here for tires as I've had 5 nails over the last 18 months from construction around the city. They offer a fantastic warranty on all their tires that will save you a lot of $$ if that's also an issue for you! I also get routine maintenance done here (brakes, battery, oil changes inspection etc). I appreciate they don't try to always upsell you but still provide a good service at a reasonable price. I've referred multiple people to them and have never had any issues.

Good shop, I took my car in for an underbody cover that was dragging. Turned out to be a quick, cheap fix. Was in and out in 20 min. Great service 👍🏻

Everytime I come here I am always treated so respectfully and know they will be helpful. They are super honest about what needs to be done and if something can wait. They charge extremely fair prices and squeeze me in for last minute needs. Stephanie at the front desk is the best! She talks me through what needs to be done and explains clearly the process. I have been going here for years and it’s now the only place I trust my car with. I have sent all of my friends and family there and they are now loyal customers as well. I will always refer this location to anyone I meet!

Quick and easy. Late appointments are available on Thursdays. Cheaper than any other dealer with the free tire rotation. Stephanie was great as well!
