Bless these workers! Every time I’ve come in for service it’s either been a walk in or last minute appointment and they manage to squeeze me in. Employees are kind, professional, and treat everyone respectfully. If you’re looking for tires call or stop by and talk to them about any specials they may have going. I called today and the online sales rep not only matched a price but offered an additional discount. I got a same day appointment for a full set of new tires and an alignment and was in and out in around 3 hrs.

They are amazing we went to the the Johns Creek store and had 2 new tires applied, but they missed my tire stem was cut. It appeared i had another so i went into Lenox and they seemlessly took care of my issue. I would definitely go back to this location, they're very pleasant and professional.

I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family. To begin with, Tyena(hopefully spelled correctly) was and is a very pleasant person to speak with. She multitasked with ease and delightfulness with every customer during my visit, including myself. Mr. Chin was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. I was very happy that Mr. Chin took the time to explain the service to be performed and discussed the expected outcome from this type of repair. This location appears to remain consistently busy but each of the employees were pleasant and smiled. I was pleasantly pleased with the service performed and I feel as though my experience was not isolated nor minimal yet one that each of the persons at this location aim to provide on a day to day. Thank you all for giving me my peace of mind back when I was feeling very uneasy about the workmanship of my vehicle after having an unprofessional towing experience the day prior, which caused my visit to this location. I test drove my car after the services were performed and I was extremely elated that I could rest and drive with a peace of mind and not the fear of a potential accident. I will not entrust any other establishment to perform these services for my vehicle again. I can’t thank you enough for your honesty and commitment to the services you provide.

I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. The prices are decent and the service in trustworthy. Slim got me in and out and right!!! He could eyeball what was going on with my brakes and the inspection confirmed. Thankful

I went in today to get my tire repaired, and they told me it couldn’t be fixed due to multiple holes. They quoted me around $400 for a replacement. I called my husband, who advised me to leave immediately. I then took my car to a local tire shop, where they found only one hole and patched it for just $10.

I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes for a last minute oil change before heading out of town. Even though I did not have an appointment and went an hour before close, the team still took the time to see me. Slim was at the desk and had great customer service. He greeted everyone and customized servie for each of the at least 10 customers that came in and out while I was there. Slim was also knowledgeable about cars and was able to answer questions off the top of his head about tire quotes, oil, and etc. Thanks Mavis Tires & Brakes team.

Ms. T the store manager is the backbone of this location. She single handedly turned what should’ve been a VERY frustrating process into a pleasant and memorable experience. Her professionalism, great attitude, and commitment to customer service/customer satisfaction is very rare to find, especially at a car service business. If it wasn’t for her going above and beyond to ensure I was provided proper service, there’s no doubt I would’ve left Mavis today extremely dissatisfied, never to return. However thanks to the great care & attention to detail she selflessly provided I will be returning to this location a happy and satisfied customer for future maintenance.

Onion was great! Car was in and out in 2 hours. Staff was helpful, efficient and transparent. My car required two tires from a different location and they retrieved them during my time of service. This is my new tire shop!

i had flat tire last minute and Cj was able to take care of me with no hesitations! this was actually my first time coming to this tire shop and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable , and efficient. even the gentleman who changed my tire was very quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend!! ask for CJ when you go, he’s delightful. i typically don’t even leave reviews but with the outstanding customer service, it was a must!!! thanks CJ! i’ll def be coming back
