If you're on a time crunch and trying to save money do not attend this shop!!! For ONE tire the price was $117 and higher they told me it was because of my tire size but I have a small hatchback I literally have the same type of tires as a small Honda civic I typically spend at least $75-$85 for each tire not only that but I requested for just a singular tire to be changed and it was going to take them 45 minutes... absolutely ridiculous. For the slogan to be discount is extremely disingenuous. Your better off going to a different one. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Extremely dissatisfied and angry for wasting my time.

I’ve been to multiple Mavis Tires and none of them are as good as this one! Stevo was super cool and gave me a discount on my tire rotation and oil change just because! Best Mavis in the city. Always a quick and an easy time with car stuff!

I just visited the Atlanta Highway location. They were able to fit me in on a walk-in! Service technician and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout out to Marley, outstanding service!!!! I definitely recommend this location!

The brake service was good, but they did replace my windshield wipers despite them being brand new and charged me for them without asking. I called to get my previous wipers back (since I had just recently bought and replaced them) and they had thrown them away.

This is thee best Mavis in Atlanta because their service is 10/10. I needed my headlight fixed on my car. Other places were quoting me extremely long wait times and they were expensive. I called Mavis and they had me in & out, and at affordable rates. Eddie was the tech that worked on my car and his personality alone will keep me coming back - this man is hilarious and you can tell he has a passion for cars. 10/10 service!!

Went 11/23/24 at 9:00ish to get my passenger rear tire patched, told it was busy but I could come back at 9:30. No problem, decided to wait in line, finally around 12, they take my car back, and a while later I was told my tire was unpatchable, and I needed to drop $400 on the only tire they had in stock! No thank you! Decided to go down the road to tire dock and in 10 mins, my tire was patched up and air put in all tires for $25 bucks! My folks never had issues here but I guess they thought I was easy to prey on as a young woman. Beware!!

I recently took my car to Mavis Tires & Brakes when it wouldn’t start, and I needed a new starter. I also had a grinding sound coming from my rear brakes that needed attention. The customer service was excellent—Stevo and the entire Mavis team were incredibly helpful and professional. Whether it’s a small issue, like needing a new tire, or something more serious, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. They truly care about getting you back on the road quickly and safely.

A seemingly untrustworthy business. I needed a tire replaced while I was out of town and had someone drop it off. They had no options for me to pay without being there in person. No payment portal, refused to accept a credit card over the phone and refused to print and send me an invoice prior to the bill being paid. I had to Venmo money to get it paid. After using Kaufman tires at that location for over 20 years I certainly will never use a Mavis tires and auto again. Certainly a bush league operation.

Making an appointment was super easy on line. I showed up at appt time, Steve-O went thru my planned service items, went and looked at my car, we discussed a few items then I was on my way home. Received call in less than 1 hour that my car was ready! Great experience!

Tried to go in to get an inspection because my brake pads keep screeching. I arrived and was immediately met with attitude by the woman at the front desk for no reason. After waiting an hour and a half, with an original eta of 45mins-1h, I asked for an update. She was extremely rude stating she never gave me an ETA (implying I’m lying?), then after I sat back down with no update she proceeded to talk about me to her coworker while I could clearly hear her stating I should’ve expected to come here and have to wait and that I’m being crazy for asking for an ETA. Will not be coming back to this location.
