Mavis Tires & Brakes allowed me to keep my car on their property for 2 days, with 2 flat tires, until I was able to come back & replace the tires. The customer service was amazing. And the actual tire service was amazing. Fast. Quick & easy. I appreciate them so much. I definitely recommend them!

I came in for a repair for a nail in my tire. Kevin, the technician working on my car ran into a hiccup with getting the wheel off. He told me that who ever installed my tires over-torched it. I told them they were the ones that installed my 4 new tires a month prior. So Kevin and Ken tried and tried and were unsuccessful at getting the wheel off. Ken recommended that I take my car to the Audi dealership for them to take it off. So I left Mavis and headed to Audi Marietta, where David C. Took my car back and had his team look at it. They were unsuccessful getting the wheel off and recommended that I take the car back to Mavis for them to repair since they were the ones that caused this mishap. I got Ken and David on the phone to talk through options and how to best proceed. We decided that Mavis would repair the tire and any damage associated with getting the wheel off. My car stayed at Mavis for 2 days. I picked up my car today and it appears as though they fixed the problem. I asked two technicians what the issue was, how it was fixed, and they both told me that my car is “good to go.” I plan on driving to FL for Christmas and pray that I don’t run into any hiccups. But I appreciate the work of this team and their dedication to getting me taken care of. Given the circumstances, they waived my service fee. I will definitely return to Mavis for my tire and wheel related services. I believe that it says a lot for a company to admit their fault then roll up their sleeves and fix the problem, and the entire Mavis team did just that with grace. I’m upset that I did not get the lead technician’s name, but Ken told me that he called him on his day off regarding this issue and he came in the next day to get me taken care of.

Kevin was AMAZING. I had a huge piece of plastic in my tire, and he sealed it within 10 minutes and had my repaired tire on within no time. They did not force me to purchase a new tire like other places have done in the past. Go to Mavis tires and brakes in vinings for ALL your tire needs.

Driving to Florida, my car gave me a notification that it needed oil. I pulled into the first place I found, Mavis Tire Supply and even though they were already closed, they still took care of me! From the moment they greeted me to the second I drove off, it was an incredible experience. James, Nick, and the entire staff went above and beyond to help me out on a Friday night when I’m sure they were ready to head home. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to assist in a pinch truly stood out. I can’t recommend this team enough! Thank you guys for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience!!! I won’t forget your kindness!!

My car’s check engine light was on, so I used my code reader and found that it was an airflow issue. I took my car to Mavis Tire, and they told me that they would do an inspection for $150, which would be deducted from the total bill if I had the repair done there. If I decided not to do the repair with them, they said I’d still have to pay the inspection fee. I agreed, and they gave me a quote of $75 for labor and $335 for the part. That totals $410, so after deducting the $150 inspection fee, they said I would pay $260. I agreed to have the part replaced. About 10 minutes later, they came back and told me they wouldn’t deduct the $150 inspection fee, so instead of paying $260, I would have to pay the full $410. Also, they are charging me $335 for a Hitachi part that normally costs around $130, so they’re selling it to me for almost 3 times the price. I asked them to explain why the price was so high, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer. I called customer service, and they told me that whatever price was initially agreed upon should be the one they honor, and they said they would call me back, but I’m still waiting. What they are doing is unacceptable. They changed the price from what they originally told me, didn’t deduct the inspection fee from the total bill, and they’re trying to charge me 3 times the price for a part without a valid explanation. Additionally, I suggested bringing a new brand part myself so they could install it for me with just the installation fee, but they refused. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they were creating more issues. I m still at the store and I hope someone can help me

Visited today right around 12:45PM - wish I’d asked for the name of the man at the front desk because he was so kind and helpful. My tire was inspected and patched in record time, even though I was a walk-in. Will 100% come again if I need to (although I hope all of my tires hold up for a while!). Everyone seemed very professional and the waiting area was nice too.

Came in for an oil change and rotation. They took the time to discuss important maintenance items with me regarding the status of my suspension and drivetrain components. No pressure to perform the additional maintenance - gave me a quote to think on it. Went on with my day with added peace of mind. The oil change was about $40 more than i hoped to spend, but that’s everything now a days.

Customer service terrible! The store manager refused to give me a price unless I agreed to have my car fixed on the spot. I explained I needed the quote with the price for work. He still refused. I asked to speak to his GM or information and he refused. Refused to give me his name. You can tell he's never had a leadership role because why have a power struggle with a customer who knows nothing about cars. And while I can't prove it they made the issue with my breaks worse. It's making more noise on the way home! Mechanics have the reputation of trying to nickel and dime women specifically by telling them to get something they don't need.
