I walked in very frustrated because no one likes car troubles. Matt was an absolute blessing he got me in and out in no time. I came in for issues with my rotor and break pad and I was impressed on how quickly he was able to resolve my issue. He was patient, professional, and efficient. I received excellent customer service from him and Tyler as well. I now have a new place that I can rely on. Thank you so much !

Tyler was completely honest and helpful in diagnosing my mechanical issue with my favorite 18 year-old vehicle. I thought it was the starter or alternator which would’ve costed me $800 but they tested everything thoroughly with no charge and told me that it was simply just a battery change that was needed, which saved me a close to $650. I would totally recommend this location in the management team as they are professional and very thorough.

Matt at Mavis Tires in Sandy Springs was outstanding! He was super helpful and knowledgeable about my brakes and rotors, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. On top of his excellent service, the pricing was very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Matt for honest advice and great value!

TYLER was AMAZING!! Professional, Quick Service, & Affordable. I went in right before closing due to oil issues. They quickly diagnosed issues and communicated options to fix. Tyler and his team were SO professional. They went above and beyond. Best mechanic service I have had in 20 years! Highly Recommend. PS: Tyler deserves a raise

I had been to three different places since I was initially told that I needed control arm bushings and new tires before I could get my car aligned.i came to two different mavis’ and they told me the same thing that the other Mavis said on two different days. In which was I didn’t need bushings, and my tires were good. I have always had a good experience with them, only reason I swayed away in the past was the fact that they were not close to my new living location. But now I will drive the distance, because it is so worth it. It’s hard to find good honest knowledgeable people in the work place whom you can see that care about you and their job! Thank you so much Matt, and Austin your the BEST!!!

Accommodating and very fair pricing. Very nice gentleman on the phone @ this location. I needed a tire quickly that they did not have at this store; it was same day transferred in after allowing me time to price check a few different places.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires and Breaks. The people working were super friendly and patiently walked me through the costs. I got a wheel alignment and they had a great price compared to other tires placed in the area. I high recommend this place for any tire and break needs. I will definitely be back!

I needed to have my tire patched up and was very impressed by the service here. The team is incredibly kind and informative. While at Mavis, they discovered I needed new brakes. Matt took me into the shop and taught me about my breaks. I will be coming back for services in the future!

They are true lifesavers in here. I brought my car in to be looked get my tires balanced they caught a huge problem and was kind enough to show me exactly where the problem was and what needed to be fixed.The 2 guys at the front takes time through everything and made me feel comfortable with making the unexpected purchase. Austin the mechanic was able to get finished with my car with enough time for me to still go get my kids from school. I am forever grateful for the amazing services that they provide.

Very helpful and friendly service here. They have twice helped me out on short notice when I had tire damage due to nails. The first time i got all four tires replaced at a reasonable price. The second time they repaired my new tire when I got a screw in it again. Would definitely go back again if I should need tire service in the future.
