Customer service was super friendly and they changed my tire quickly, but one very dangerous mistake turned this potentially 5-star review into a 3-star (and should be a 2-star). The mistake? The tire they put on is supposed to be pressurized to 32psi as is clearly stated on the driver door sticker found in all cars. We'll, these tire "experts" had the tire overfilled to 44psi! If you can't do your one job correctly, just shit the doors.

I brought my car in to have two tires mounted that was $60 (Walmart does it for $11 per tire). While I was waiting, the mechanic told me I would need to change my brake pads soon, but my rotors were fine. He added that the manager was going to try and sell me new rotors anyway. The manager called me to the back to show me my car and tried to sell me new rotors anyway. He was pretty ballsy and patronizing about it as well. (In one of the pictures I posted there is a mark or line that circles all the way around the rotor that he was telling me needed to be replaced. It disappeared when I drove my car again.) I kept my thoughts to myself, and I took pictures of what they looked like while I was there, and he got concerned and said not to take pictures without him for insurance purposes. After I left Mavis tire and brake I noticed that one of my tires was inflated to 47 psi (the max is 50), all of the counter weights were missing from one of my wheels (I had to get my tires rebalanced later), and a strange noise was now happening immediately when I left their shop. Somehow the minute I left their shop I had a bad ball bearing that needed to be replaced in one of the wheels they worked on. The dry erase board they had behind the register with their needed quota for the month solidified my suspicions. They were just trying to bleed me dry of money which I did not give them any more of, but I already paid good money to leave with my car in worse shape than I brought it in. Dishonest shops like this don't deserve to stay open. Since this visit, I changed the brake pads myself, I had to get a ball bearing replaced by a better shop, I had to get my tires balanced at walmart, and my car runs great. TL;DR: DO NOT COME HERE. RUN.

Mala atención al cliente, te dicen esta listo tu vehículo y te hacen esperar 4 horas, NO lo recomiendo. Se les olvida poner todas las piezas me toco ver que una persona tuvo que regresar por ls tapa de sus rines. Segundo día miércoles 16 de octubre Quedaron que a las 8 am estaba lista la camioneta, me entregaron las 10, para variar en mal estado tenia una fuga de aceite en la llanta trasera del lado derecho regresé a dejarla, me toca esperar a ver q día queda bien y pensar que solo venia a cambiar las pastillas delanteras. Hoy viernes 18 de octubre y me paso esto después de recoger la camioneta Después de 7 días me entregaron la camioneta Que PESIMO SERVICIO

Service took forever, was there over two hours for a simple oil change. Told me they’d do a tire rotation, & my tires weren’t rotated. Never using Mavis again

DO NOT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment for 3:00 showed up a hour early only to find out the person doing my wheel alignment is not and and will not be in until the next day , I had a very important trip that night that’s why I needed it done that day and was very disappointed he say he tried calling twice but I have no missed calls he called me while I was in there to show me and it ring all the way thru! Don’t waste your time

The Crew at Mavis on highland was so kind to me. Such a great work team. I needed some work done on my vehicle. They made sure they took care of me. Since the work has been completed I wound up having to drive to Panama to pick up my husband from work. Let me tell you that 13 hour ride was so smooth thanks to the team at Mavis. Before I went there my truck was bad off pulling to the right and leaning. Needless to say I will Definitely be back for future work I need done through them. Great Job everyone at Mavis on highland!

Went in for a simple tire repair and woke up with a flat tire and scratched rim. The employees said they put a “too small, trailer tire patch” in the tire. Which was an excuse for a bad patch job. The employee who did the patch, was extremely argumentative saying the tire was flat before I started driving. When ultimately I didn't drive in with a flat tire so I shouldn't have left with one. I came in to resolve the issue not create a new one. I won’t ever use this company again. Nor, will I refer people here.

Cynitra and Stephen, along with the Mavis crew on Highland, made my dreaded brake experience, A WONDERFUL DREAM! They were attentive, accurate, and fair on market pricing compared to the surrounding suppliers. I believe they went above and beyond my expectations and in that, gained a lifelong customer and I will tell anyone who listens that this is the place to take your vehicle! Had 6 dually tires balanced on Sunday. I was assured by shop foreman no issues with tires or balance. Truck jumps worse than when I brought it in. A quarter rim full of weights on the front. Incorrect weight types mounted and I had to constantly remind him of every request on work order. Worst experience here,will not be back with any of my vehicles.

I had such an amazing experience. I’m always nervous when I take my car in for service because I feel taken advantage of as a female with little knowledge about cars. Cynitra at the counter was so patient and helpful. She thoroughly explained everything taking place and kept me informed about any issues that needed attention.
