Thought my car needed an alignment they inspected my vehicle for me and didn’t even charge me for it, the service was amazing and the workers showed a huge amount of integrity in the situation by telling me what the actual issue was and how to fix it

These guys are great!!! I travel a lot for work and I happened to be in Baton Rouge during a rare snowstorm. Every tire shop here is closed for severe weather. I popped two tires driving on the potholes in Louisiana between New Orleans and Baton Rouge the roads are awful. I’m so grateful these guys were here to help me! They changed all 4 tires within 1 hour I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this location! Thank you Chuck and everyone else! Saved me lots of time and money.

In regard to my recent experience at the Mavis Tire & Brakes location on 100 Wooddale Blvd., Billy the mechanic was very helpful in assisting with replacing a hubcap on my vehicle. Earlier that day, I had a vehicle appointment at the Mavis Tires & Brakes location on 11209 Coursey Blvd., where I had several services performed on my car including and oil change and front rotors replaced. Upon leaving, a hubcap rolled off of my car on my way home. It appeared that the mechanics at the Coursey Blvd. failed to secure my hubcaps properly and I lost my driver’s side hubcap. Needless to say, I had to go buy four new hubcaps in order to replace the one that I lost. I brought my new hubcaps to the Mavis Tire & Brakes location on 100 Wooddale Blvd., where Billy took his time and replaced my missing hubcap in a secure manner. His customer service etiquette was extremely superb and I ended up having a positive customer service experience. Thank you Billy!

Well I went in for a tire repair , 3 new tires and a oil change service was great from front desk 100% great environment, also the mechanics they had 2 guys who were very helpful and respectful wanted to acknowledge me Don deon and Jalen for awesome energy and respect and great service on my car great workers felt welcome and comfortable, my experience was legit no problems hands down great store and Team they have now as of today good job to you all very well mannered and helpful and good understanding and great service work !!. I will be back !

I took my car to Mavis Tire Shop located at 100 Wooddale Blvd for an oil change and a set of tires. The Manager, Billy, and the staff at the location were knowledgeable about my vehicle, gave me great tire options within my budget and provider great customer service. They also made sure I knew when to come back for my next scheduled maintenance. I went to the Wooddale location for brake service on my car. It was my first time in and I must say the customer service was fabulous from start to finish. My tire light came on. I stopped by Mavis there was 2 guys was there. One of em just seem like he just didn't want to b bother idk wth was going on anyway. There was one guy name Corbe came very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. So yall go give him a visit and shout him out he's at the wooddale location Baton Rouge, La.

Went into Mavi's for help with my lug nut on my wheel..Corbe at the Woodale location helped me out tremendously. They also offered me wiper blades that i purchased for me and a friend. He went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Thank you so much Corbe.

My brakes failed just before passing this shop. ( I hate going to auto places as a woman, I am usually met with pedantic underhanded insults) the staff there not only helped me, promptly checked my vehicle, they were kind and gave me a standard rate for work . I was in and out of there in just under 2 hours. I live 90 minutes away, but I think I'd travel back to them if I needed tires or have other brake needs.

My experience here was a very satisfactory one. It was very welcoming and they made me feel very wanted and appreciated. I definitely will advise anyone to go there. Even if they can not help which I’m pretty sure they can, they most definitely will give their honest and experienced advice on how to handle your issue. The new hospital for my vehicle when it needs help. 🙂

My truck had a flat tire and Chuck, Billy, and Corbe were fantastic about helping me with it. They diagnosed the problem as a nail in the tire. I was lucky enough to require only a patch, which they promptly fixed. Then, they went Above and Beyond by putting the wheel locks on my truck for me. And Chuck said he'd even buy me lottery tickets because I was so lucky today about the tire! Just kidding, I'm the one who said I should get lottery tickets. But, still, they were all so helpful and sincere that I bet he would have! I'm very fortunate to have such a great place to do business with in my own neighborhood. I am so happy with how my experience went.
