Went into Mavi's for help with my lug nut on my wheel..Corbe at the Woodale location helped me out tremendously. They also offered me wiper blades that i purchased for me and a friend. He went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Thank you so much Corbe.

I took my car to Mavis Tire Shop located at 100 Wooddale Blvd for an oil change and a set of tires. The Manager, Billy, and the staff at the location were knowledgeable about my vehicle, gave me great tire options within my budget and provider great customer service. They also made sure I knew when to come back for my next scheduled maintenance. If you are looking for a shop that you can trust, with great prices and amazing staff make sure you stop by Mavis on Wooddale Blvd!

I went to the Wooddale location for brake service on my car. It was my first time in and I must say the customer service was fabulous from start to finish. Well I went in for a tire repair , 3 new tires and a oil change service was great from front desk 100% great environment, also the mechanics they had 2 guys who were very helpful and respectful wanted to acknowledge me Dee or deon and Jalen for awesome energy and respect felt welcome and comfortable, my experience was legit no problems hands down great store and Team they have now as of today good job to you all very well mannered and helpful and good understanding and great service work !!. I will be back !

My tire light came on. I stopped by Mavis there was 2 guys was there. One of em just seem like he just didn't want to b bother idk wth was going on anyway. There was one guy name Corbe came very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. So yall go give him a visit and shout him out he's at the wooddale location Baton Rouge, La.

Had an okay experience with getting my car fixed here (very expensive and slow service, had to make 3 appointments just to get two new tires, brakes, and an oil change), but really enjoyed the help from Karl, and he's the reason I am giving 5 stars. The location convenience and the ability to work with wifi while I wait is a plus.

I had a flat while running errands on a recent Sunday, I gave them a call and spoke with Tony who was very helpful. He answered all my questions, told me to come to the shop and they would take care of my tire needs. I was in and out under 1.5 hours. He gave me tire options, road hazard and excellent customer service. He and another gentleman who checked me out were both very kind and friendly. I would trust them with all my tire needs. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

If I could rate lower I would. Last week I scheduled an online appt for my daughters car and less than an hour before appt I get a call saying they were backed up and would have to push the appt back 3-4 hours which would not work because she had to get back to school. I understand things happen so I rescheduled for Saturday morning at 8am. So she drives back into town and I get to the Wooddale location. Greeted nicely and when I give my name I’m told they don’t have a mechanic there today but could send me to another location. I asked why they didn’t call me he said they didn’t have my number. Funny you were able to call me last week to tell me about the delay and you had my email because you sent me a reminder email about the appt. I will never recommend your company at all not even for a bike tire repair. Horrible communication and staffing.

Karl & Billy were amazing. Great service and assistance. I ruined two tires and a rim on my Mercedes. They kept my car safe for 4 nights at no cost until my new rim arrived.

My brakes failed just before passing this shop. ( I hate going to auto places as a woman, I am usually met with pedantic underhanded insults) the staff there not only helped me, promptly checked my vehicle, they were kind and gave me a standard rate for work . I was in and out of there in just under 2 hours. I live 90 minutes away, but I think I'd travel back to them if I needed tires or have other brake needs.

My experience here was a very satisfactory one. It was very welcoming and they made me feel very wanted and appreciated. I definitely will advise anyone to go there. Even if they can not help which I’m pretty sure they can, they most definitely will give their honest and experienced advice on how to handle your issue. The new hospital for my vehicle when it needs help. 🙂

My truck had a flat tire and Chuck, Billy, and Corbe were fantastic about helping me with it. They diagnosed the problem as a nail in the tire. I was lucky enough to require only a patch, which they promptly fixed. Then, they went Above and Beyond by putting the wheel locks on my truck for me. And Chuck said he'd even buy me lottery tickets because I was so lucky today about the tire! Just kidding, I'm the one who said I should get lottery tickets. But, still, they were all so helpful and sincere that I bet he would have! I'm very fortunate to have such a great place to do business with in my own neighborhood. I am so happy with how my experience went.

They only screwed in one lug nut and the rest wasn’t even screwed in. Car tire was wobbling so bad I knew something was wrong. Before I knew what the problem was, I was going speeds of 50mph or more just to sound out the problem. When I got home finally I noticed the screws wasn’t even screwed in, it was so lose I literally unscrewed them with my hands that’s how you know they didn’t even try or attempted to do so. I had children in the car that day, if part of my tire went out of place it could have went bad easily. I wouldn’t recommend going, just choose tire choice or do it yourself. I brought my own breaks and rotors for 190 and labor just to put them on was $168. Total was 358. When asked how much would the back breaks and rotors cost it would be 465 ish. So always bring your own breaks and rotors it’ll always be cheaper. If you do it yourself you’re saving $200+ dollars every time if you do it yourself. Breaks were done nice though, just not a friendly atmosphere in there. If they can't screw lug nuts on right who knows what else they’re not doing all the way or correctly.

Had a great experience with Antonio (Toni) came in for an oil change and he got me taken care of really fast and with no hassles. He even checked my breaks and all my other fluids. Great guy very kind , professional, and informative! Would definitely refer him to anyone who needs work done

the entire staff was very helpful and informative. i came in 45 mins before closing in desperate need of a tire. they took their time inspecting and explaining everything. and i was still out by 5! defs recommend their services 🙌🏾
