Hillary Reese and Chris did an amazing Job with providing quick service! They thoroughly explained why I needed brakes and took me out to my car to show me why. 10/10 will bring my vehicle to them everytime.

I want to preface this by saying that the folks at this location are great. I didn't get the lady's name at the front but she was very kind and the alignment/balancing on my wheels seems much better even just on the short ride from the shop to LSU. Having said that, it did catch me off guard after making an online reservation for a free tire rotation, free balance check and wheel alignment (with a $20 promo applied) but then picking up my car to find a $160 bill due. I would have appreciated a heads up when they called me to sell me brake pads that they found the tires were unbalanced and it would cost an additional $50 to fix just so I wasn't caught so off guard by the price. Then, for some reason, only a $10 discount was applied to the alignment so I'm not sure why that didn't match the online website promo. All of that said, when I expressed surprise and confusion at the price, the lady at the front desk did explain something about how some of the discounts are for people who purchased tires from them and, as a kind of make-right, gave me $20 back in cash (which I did appreciate). Since I likely would have opted to do the balancing anyways and I ultimately should have asked for pricing upfront when dropping my care off instead of assuming they would run the cost by me first, I don't want to raise too much of a fuss but did want to just caution folks about running into a similar situation.

The service was great. I walked in and was able to get my front brakes and rotors changed the same day within an hour of dropping my vehicle off. Reese is extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. She explained the price of the service I was getting so I wasn’t shocked at checkout. This will be my go to from now on for any vehicle maintenance or service.
