First time back to Mavis when they were called NTB. Only went for an oil change and was looking for knowledge on some leak issues and they explained exactly what I needed. Very useful and will be going back for other services I need on my cars soon. No more Wally World oil changes. Cheeper is not always better.

This is my first visit to Mavis at 11209 Coursey Boulevard. The first day I came to get an estimate, I was meant by Rickeah. She was extremely courteous extremely knowledgeable of her. Shop knew her way around knew what questions to ask me that I didn’t know to ask. She ensure that I had the best quality merchandise for my vehicle at the most reasonable price I brought my car in for service for new tires, brakes and rotors, and I met Malik He was extremely knowledgeable professional. He walked me through the damages to my rotors, and my brakes expressed to me what I needed to look for and make sure that I knew that if I needed any additional support to come back and see them. For this wonderful customer service that is such a rare quality in this day. I do this review on the behalf of Mavis.

Customer service at this location is awesome!!!! Somehow I got a razor blade in my tire, they were able to squeeze me in right away. They did the free tire inspection and pulled the blade out with no issues. I was gone and on the road to New Orleans in 5 minutes!!! I will be back, thank you!!!

Great set of guys at this location, been a member before the merger and always get my tires here. Went in to get my alignment checked which was a little out of specs, the team did a fabulous job and got me right. I'm horrible with names even though we talked a bit but I'm sure he'll remember the Stinger. Thanks for taking the time and doing it right.

This was the best car service I ever had hands down. Very friendly. Very efficient and most definitely got me back on the road after I had a bad morning. Tire went flat spare went flat open promptly and help me tremendously. I will recommend this tire shop to anyone

Savannah is the best! I had to get my car towed here because of two blown tires. Very helpful and informative. They were able to help me right away and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend going here for all your tire needs!
