Today my service was great! I was welcomed in by Tara and she explained everything that needed to be done to fix my car and throughly went through the prices. The team worked as fast as they could to get me back on the road. I will definitely come back to NTB Tires the next time I need work done!

They were incredible I was on my way to a dance competition with my daughter three hours away and I ran in really quick and they fixed my tire right away. It had a nail in it 🥲They were so sweet and I’m so appreciative that they saw my panic and helped me fast 🥰 wonderful guys and great company 💕

I took my BMW to Mavis on Essen Lane twice for brakes service, the first visit was great. MY SECOND VISIT WAS AWFUL. First I noticed after being serviced that my car was making a noise underneath my car as if something is loose. I immediately took my car back and explained to the manager and assist manager what was going on. Both managers got in car with me to listen for the noise. The assist manager said he was able to hear the noise but didn’t know exactly what it was, the site manager Frank also admit to hearing the noise and said it was the tire brackets from the car being lifted and the noise should settle and if not that I could deal with the noise. It’s a few weeks later and noise is extremely worse. Once I made it home I also noticed that my BMW tire stem caps were stolen by an employee at Mavis and replaced with cheap gray plastic caps. I notified the manager Frank and he laughed at me and said that, “ SOMEBODY GOT YOU.” I explained to him that it happened at his shop. Long story short he continued to laugh and joke about the situation and never offered to replace my caps. I told him I’m going to contact corporate and report the situation and how he handled the situation and he said call them. I ended up going to another Mavis location and talking to a manager that was extremely understanding and have heard about the complaints regarding the Essen Lane location and he replaced my caps for me. The loose noise issue still has not been resolved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ESSEN LANE LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN AND THINGS STOLEN OFF OF IT.

The best auto service I’ve received in Baton Rouge! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and wait time wasn’t bad! I received an oil change and tire rotation! There is also a free air pump outside which is very convenient! Christopher was very helpful! Will be a returning customer!

I had a dead battery in a nearby parking lot. The technician, Trell, came to jump my car. Then tested my battery (bad ofcourse). Trell, Tara, and Chris we excellent with customer service, getting my new battery in and installed. They were friendly, helpful, and informative, getting me back on the road quickly. Hard to find customer service like that anymore.

I was greeted with a warm smile by the young lady at the counter. I needed to put my purchase on my sisters card. She asked the manager how we could do that and he stated that my sister had to be there to be able to look up the card. I was very grateful they protected their customers information like that. Being in the retail business I have see. Some bad situations where people used a “family” members card and it was stolen. The manager was kind enough to bring my car in and begin putting the 4 tires on while I waited for my sister. I felt like he trusted me to pay for the service. I have always used this location for 6 years. The service has always been excellent. Very highly recommend this location.

Made an appointment for 4pm and wasn’t seen until 5:30pm. Frank the store manager was very nice in explaining the reasoning behind the delay. I ended up paying less than what I was expecting for a brand new tire. He also went the extra mile and aired up my donut for me. I will definitely use NTB (Mavis) again when I need any tire service!

Waking up to a flat tire isn't a great way to start the day, but Mavis/NTB turned it all around! They greeted me first thing, had a spectacularly clean store, and finished my car in under an hour. Mr. Frank was very thorough, and Chris was incredibly kind. We've been customers for years and will certainly be back.
