Great customer service! Tony and Paul are so enjoyable to be around. I was here for a tire rotation and an oil change. Was gone in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend and Mavis just earned a new customer today !!

Had a very fast and efficient replacement of a flat. Thank you to Trey for being very diligent and fast for switching it so fast. Paul and Tony were very courteous. Thanks for not letting me wait too long. Finished <1h.

I come to this Mavis for all my tire needs. They've replaced my tires, patched them and balanced them with no problems and great results! The staff is very friendly and they make sure to check everything when they get in to make sure no other repairs are needed and advise when to make further services in a timely manner. If you need a quick and reliable mechanic, I'd suggest them to anyone.

The guys at Mavis Tires on coursey were so nice and when I blew a tire they actually came to meet me a few miles away put my spare in for me so I could get it to the shop and followed me to the shop to make sure no one hit me or anything else didn’t happen to my car!!! So absolutely blessed for this amazing crew! And a big shout out to Tony for being so kind and caring and making sure my car was in good hands!

I go to this macis all of the time for both my personal and work vehicles. The staff here are so professional; greet you right when you come in, let you know wait times for being helped and for having your service done, they explain exactly what's done or needs to be done and an estimated time of when. Overall it's one of the best auto shops in the city.

Mavis gave me excellent service! Webb helped me with my flat tire and changed it for me. The next day, I came by to purchase a new tire because they were so professional and helpful! Webb certainly did a wonderful job and was totally customer focused!

First time customer. Was greeted immediately by Paul and he was more than able to answer all of my questions! I asked about 20 different ones! Super friendly and helpful service and it was a seamless experience. They have water, great temperature inside a modern look waiting room. Comfortable chairs, and bathroom available in my experience! Impressed already Edit: Tony was also great. He communicated very respectfully and gave me great information about my car!

I had an outstanding experience when I brought my car in for service. Marcus was truly amazing from start to finish. He greeted me immediately when I walked through the door, and he gave me phenomenal customer service the entire time I was there. He made sure I fully understood everything that was going on with my car and the services that were needed. While I was waiting for my car to finish, he would check in with me from time to time just make sure I was ok and also to keep me updated on my car. Marcus truly made my experience very easy and stress free, and I am so grateful that he was there to walk me through everything! The entire staff was honestly amazing and I appreciate them for taking care of my car! I will definitely be back for future services!! I definitely will be recommending this location to my family and friends!|

I went to Mavis in Zachary a few yrs ago, had decent services. Decided to stop by the one on Coursey to ask a few questions about some work I needed done. Marcus was kind and helpful from the moment I walked into the door. He answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’ll be back to get all of my work done with them.
