I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST THEM FOR BRAKES!!! I replaced my front & back brakes with them which included a warranty. First time my brakes went bad within 8 months, I do not travel much other than home and work. I brought it back to them a few days past my warranty told them the brakes had been scretching for a while, they refused to honor the warranty, but they offered a “discount”. Let them do my brakes again, but very shortly after having my brakes repaired my vehicle began to shake EVERY TIME I BRAKED! I brought it back several times WITHIN MY WARRANTY TIME FRAME and they swore to me up and down it wasn’t anything to do with the brakes that they had just done. I finally got fed up and stopped going, the last time the manager told me it was my “struts” causing my entire vehicle to shake wanting to charge me $400. I took my vehicle to two separate mechanics they both said it was my brakes! Tri Care replaced my brakes, rotors and caliber and LOW & BEHOLD NO MORE SHAKING! I have 5 children and was on my way to bring my oldest to school when I lost a brake pad in early morning traffic. We could have been seriously injured due to Mavis’ lack of accountability!

They were literally the only place open during the snow this year 2025. They swapped out my tire so quick and were so kind! I've never had a good experience at tire store until today. Thank you Paul and Tim! God Bless

I've been coming to Mavis on course for about 3 years now. They have always taken care of my vehicle and my needs. Today I was seen by Paul, the service manager, and he gave me a full run down of the inspection on my vehicle. This level of care and commitment to their customers have been my major reason for coming back.

Couple days ago the service manager Paul is the real deal!!! This place overall isn’t lying what so ever about your car because Mr Paul brought me to my car and showed me my problems and even discussed what’s not needed that’s how I know I was in good hands!

I had a flat tire. The staff stayed open late to finish the job and went to another Mavis shop in a flash flood warning during rush hour to get me the appropriate tire.

I had a tire emergency! It was 8:05 pm on this lovely Thursday. No other place was open. Mavis closed at 8:30. I was 6 miles from the location, I called. The gentleman who answered the phone was an angel. He said they had the tires. They would stay and wait for me. They in fact did. Some of thee best customer service. I arrived at 8:27, Richy pulled my car in, asked about my needs for new tires, and got me going. He did it all with a smile and such a positive attitude. There was another gentleman there with him, didn’t care his name, but he was also in such a position mood it made my anxiety fade. Definitely recommend Mavis to anyone. Thanks for being my saviors guys! My Audi and I truly appreciate your kindness.

Great customer service! Tony and Paul are so enjoyable to be around. I was here for a tire rotation and an oil change. Was gone in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend and Mavis just earned a new customer today !!

I come to this Mavis for all my tire needs. They've replaced my tires, patched them and balanced them with no problems and great results! The staff is very friendly and they make sure to check everything when they get in to make sure no other repairs are needed and advise when to make further services in a timely manner. If you need a quick and reliable mechanic, I'd suggest them to anyone.

The guys at Mavis Tires on coursey were so nice and when I blew a tire they actually came to meet me a few miles away put my spare in for me so I could get it to the shop and followed me to the shop to make sure no one hit me or anything else didn’t happen to my car!!! So absolutely blessed for this amazing crew! And a big shout out to Tony for being so kind and caring and making sure my car was in good hands!

First time customer. Was greeted immediately by Paul and he was more than able to answer all of my questions! I asked about 20 different ones! Super friendly and helpful service and it was a seamless experience. They have water, great temperature inside a modern look waiting room. Comfortable chairs, and bathroom available in my experience! Impressed already Edit: Tony was also great. He communicated very respectfully and gave me great information about my car!

I went to Mavis in Zachary a few yrs ago, had decent services. Decided to stop by the one on Coursey to ask a few questions about some work I needed done. Marcus was kind and helpful from the moment I walked into the door. He answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’ll be back to get all of my work done with them.
