I called the day of for brake service and spoke with Quint. He was courteous and professional and informed me that he has immediate availability. The staff and Quint were professional and very knowledgeable. They made a few recommendations, upsold me which I am completely satisfied with. The service was prompt, the waiting area was clean and with free WiFi. I will definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Breaks on 280 for your vehicle’s needs. Perfect price point for the services rendered. Booked a 4pm appointment on a Sunday for 2 back tires. Chose the tires quickly and was told that by 5 (which is when they close) we should be done. At 5:40 I go to check and they had not even started. She told be that the two tire techs left knowing there were tires to be put on leaving it up to the guys that does the brakes. Just not a good way to show respect with your customers time.

I ended up at Mavis today because they were open on Sunday - very glad I did! They had my tires in stock at a great price. Quint was kind and knowledgeable and helped me save even more on other services I needed. Will be visiting Mavis again in the future!

This is a shout out to Greg and the gang at 4750 US 280 Birmingham Al. He came to my rescue yesterday when the guy at Hoover/Crossroad screws up my car and saved me from spending more money. I appreciate the time and patience not to mention how expediently they were in solving my problem. I will be a returning customer. Again thank you Greg you’re a great guy.

Update…. I scheduled an alignment and after 3 hours of waiting I was told I would have to reschedule bc they didn’t have the parts for car. I scheduled this appointment weeks prior when they had my car for hours and told me to schedule to have my car serviced, which I did and today NOTHING was done. I tried contacting their DM left a message and still no response. I loved their service before whatever change happened.
