Exceptional service!!! The staff were professional and amazingly helpful. I had a nail in my tire on a business trip. They were able to fix it immediately and did not charge me. I would recommend Mavis to anyone.

Do not trust this shop, they will try to upsell you on services you do not need. I came in to get my pads changed. I was told I needed an alignment and brake fluid flushed. I got multiple second opinions and was told the car did not need those things. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable trustable mechanic, you won't find them here.

Had a flat while in Birmingham AL, luckily we were close to the tire store and stopped to get our tire fixed. The young man Michael was very friendly and polite. Had us checked in and our tire fixed in no time. Great customer service!!

From the moment I walked in the door, I received exceptional customer service from the manager, who offered me exclusive deals and competitive prices. The whole process was painless -- fun, even, as fun as getting a new tire can be -- and it quickly became clear that Mavis will be my new go-to shop for all things automotive. The shop is large enough to accommodate a variety of vehicles, the staff is plentiful and skilled, and the interior facility is rather comfortable. When you go to Mavis, know that you'll be taken care of with your best interest in mind.

Mavis went above and beyond with their services. Michael, Angela, and Jay were very patient with my repair needs as I had to figure out how to replace two bent rims before they could service my vehicle. Because of their willingness to help (even at the time it didn’t benefit them directly) I trust them with my business and will return for their services!

Haven't bought tires from them yet, but certainly will when I need them. Was getting a signal that the pressure was off in the front tires of my Mercedes 300GLC. Stopped in late in the day after work, and they were incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. Even telling me it would be happening again when the weather got cold and to just stop by, and they'd top them up anytime. That's an old-fashioned kind of service that I've grown unused to. Good for you!

I live in Birmingham and I'm paralyzed went to all of the tire shops when my tire got a nail in it that are close to me but none could do it when I was in the car, but these guys did thank you Angela and Jay for the accomodations.
