I worked here. I also worked at a dealership before here. This place is not NTB it's Mavis that bought out NTB and Mavis kept the logo. As NTB it was national tires and battery. As Mavis is national tires and brakes. Only one person here really had any tools witch was the main tech G. And I took my box to the shop. I had double of a lot of tools and had a blue 5 door tool box US General. After the move I went right back to work at the dealership I worked at before Mavis. I called Mavis every week about my tools for 3 months I know that's a min but Everytime I called they told me my tools were ok. Told me this once a week for three months. The third week of the third month I called and asked javon about my tools and some new lady running the place told me my tools were ok but would not let me speak to G. I told them I would be there to pick up my tools on the 13th witch was 3 days away. I got there late night of the 12th and stoped there just to look in the bay windows to see the lock popped out of my box and some stupid heng lock on it. I stayed the night around the corner. The next morning at 9 on the 13th I went back, I knew they would be working good. And some new kid was using my box and said the company sold it to him and some of my tools. And sold some of my tools to this employee and to that employee because no one has tools but G and also jay had tools but he left Mavis before me and the new lady also sold jays tools she told me. My tools are a Husky impact gun husky impact wrench and another impact wrench and a husky digrinder. A husky air hammer and another air hammer and impact sockets deep and shallow well big snap on ratchet and outher ratchets and one that I can't replace that was my grandpa's and other tools from past away family members tools I have had for years they have sold on me. Like 1,500 dollars worth of tools and the box was about 300 plus the gas money I wasted to get there and back because you tell me my box is fine and come get it. 3 dayes later to see they sold them. I just want back what's mine. I'm in tears trying to type this. This place did me wrong. After I worked so hard for them. This place also does not do some things the correct way. A brake flush is not taking a suction tube and sucking the brake fluid from the reservoir and refilling it leaving the old fluid in the lines. (You need a brake flush machine.) They did not even gravity bleed them witch you could do if you don't have the machine to push the fluid threw the lines. They half azz alignments. I worked on my car here but I would never take my car here for someone else to work on it outher than G. I hope a lawyer reads this and contacts me. I want my tools back. This place rips off customers and employees. Mavis needs to replace my tools for what they let the fools at this place do. Then Mavis needs to shut this dump down.

My husband hit a curb with my car and it blew both tires on the driver's side. I had the car towed to NTB and they sold me good tires for cheaper than what I expected and had the tires replaced quickly. They also did an alignment to be sure the new tires would wear correctly. The staff are very friendly and make it a priority to be sure all their customers are completely satisfied.

Needed a new trailer tire mounted onto an old wheel and they did it for me in less than an hour for almost $30 less than other places were charging! Octavia was so helpful and kind on the phone during my initial call. I will definitely be bringing future business here.

Always quick, affordable and efficient service when I visit. Able to answer any inquiries I may have as well. Ivan, the tall lightskin man and the woman with the braids are very helpful. Highly recommend.

Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came in for an oil change with an appointment. I left the car there to have the oil change done and called after a 3 hours but it was still not completed. They said about 1.5 hours it should be done. I came back after this time in person and it was still not done. I waited there for another 40 minutes and they said it was done and I would not have to pay for the service. I asked for a receipt confirming that an oil change had been completed. They gave me a blank receipt with no name of technician or any of the usual checklist of parts that are checked with an oil change. After the oil change, I noticed my car was still in need of maintenance as it appeared an oil change was not completed. Not only were they dishonest, they wasted my time and I ended up having to get the service done elsewhere. I will never trust NTB again. Do not go here!

I went to this NTB not knowing anything about what was wrong with my tires. Octavia came out and took her time and shared knowledge that I will never forget. She's the best! When you go here ask for her and you won't regret it!!

Liar. Stay away. I went for oil change and tire rotation. They did not change the filter, did not rotate the tire but said they did when it asked while paying. They wrote mileage on the sticker which is 44k off from the actual odometer reading. Overall, don’t waste your money or time for terrible service. It was my worst experience among all the NTBs i went to.

My car was serviced here during my fall break, so I had little time. I explained that to the outstanding employee, Ivan, who promptly serviced my vehicle and returned it to me before I had to drive back to college. I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here if the need arises!

Wherever I move I try to use NTB for any car service. Recently relocated to Charlotte and found this NTB location. The staff are always welcoming and willing to work with you in any way they can. They don’t pressure you into doing things but they also let you know how important services you may need are. My services are always done in a timely manner and they always give updates on the services you’re having done. I highly recommend coming to this location for any car service you may need.

this place is fast and great! I ran over a nail and was in need of a brand new tire. I was in need of good quality tires and still affordable. Ivan took his time helping me find the best deal and accommodated my needs. i got my tires ordered to be delivered in store with an estimated time of 5-6 days and it took only 3 days. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
