Just wanted to speak highly of such a professional place , customer service. My tire needed air in it and they were nice enough to put me as a priority and put air in it . Came back again helped me and also plugged my tire . I will definitely recommend them here .

I took my car in for a tire change then they messed up my tire sensor i came with no lights but my tire lights on the dash after they changed it i turned on my car to see an engine light on terrible service an they refused to take responsibility for their mess up

Shop is empty and been waiting over 2 hrs for a plug We explained to the lady at the counter if it was going to be more then an hr we would go elsewhere since we have to get our daughter from school she assured us it would be done in time now we are scrambling to find a way to get our daughter cause our truck is still on the lift very bad experience all the way around

Have been using Mavis for tires and alignment for about 4-5 years and the service is always on point. The building is always clean and orderly. Their pricing is very competitive, especially for a wheel alignment. Highly recommended.

Only go here if you have time to wait, even with an appointment. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I scheduled a tire rotation for 11 AM, but after two hours, my car still hadn’t been moved from the lot. When I asked for an estimated wait time, the staff simply said it would “take time.” Apparently, appointments don’t guarantee timely service, and the Mavis website doesn’t actually connect to the service center, making scheduling unreliable.

I want to congratulate the team from Mavis Highland Shop for having kind, understanding and helpful human beings working in their shop. My family and I have a flat tire, the previous shop told us it was impossible to fix. Chun the costumer service representative came to us and checked the tire in the car and told Raphael the mechanic to take and fix the tire. After a few minutes they give me the car free of charge. It isn’t sometimes about the money, is about helping people and the community around us what make business flourishing and be successful. My son didn’t miss out his soccer game due to their help.
