Just called to try and set an appointment for a tire to be installed tomorrow. They were asking me for a credit card number over the phone for a deposit on the tire. Super sketchy. I'll go somewhere else.

I normally liked this place until my last visit. Had an appointment at 11. Called to confirm and they asked me to come at 1. Arrived on time and my car was never touched for over an hour. Got the keys and left

If I could rate them lower, I would. They put wrong tire on my car! Bought all 4 tires 7 months prior. 1 went flat and got damaged. Called for an appointment and took off a half day of work to get fixed. Arrived and told I wasn’t in the computer and had to wait 3 hours to get it fixed. I paid for an Uber to go home. Next day came in to get my car, paid $200, and the wheel lock was missing. Took them 15 plus minutes to find. Was offered a warranty on my tires as an apology but I would have to pay EXTRA for it. Drove car onto highway when dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Went back to shop where it was discovered the wrong tire was installed. Waited another 30 minutes for repair. Spoke to manager and was offered an oil change for my trouble. Really?? If you value your safety, stay away!!

I have an older car (266k miles) and the whole staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. When I returned two days later with a few questions, they were more than willing to help me out. This staff really listens to you and does their best to meet your needs.

Great experience with this Mavis location. The staff was very helpful in resolving my initial request of service and also found an ongoing issue that several locations were over looking. Axel was able to find an issue that was causing long term damage to the vehicle that was caused by a dealership repair when they failed to reassemble the vehicle correctly by missing parts. Chris and Tim were a great at answering any questions that had and collectively as a team did a phenomenal job. They even made some excellent recommendations for food while I waited!

Had scheduled an 8AM appointment for a tire rotation, me and another fellow were waiting in line. Two employees at the front desk, employee A working with a person on an estimate, employee B with someone concerning a company vehicle that was getting a bit frustrated because they were being told that the wait could be longer due to waiting on authorization to do the service. Understandable, what I didn't like is how when B asked A if he should call something in he basically yelled at the guy saying "I ALREADY TOLD YOU". Once B had finished dealing with that client he stepped away from the front. By this point me and the other guy had been waiting for about 15 minutes and were never acknowledged. Employee C comes in behind the front desk, standing there looking at their phone the whole time, never looks up, and angry employee A continues working on that estimate. That was the final straw, I up and left, won't be coming back.

I came to Mavis Tires & Brakes through conversations and that person recommend me to go to Mavis. Customer Service was great. I had a tire problem going through a construction site that was a detour. They fix my tire problem in no time. Super excellent service.

Have to say my first experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes was wonderful! Another place told me I needed my brakes replaced so I went to Mavis because they specialize in Tires and Brakes. After a free inspection the honest mechanic let me know my brakes were fine but could use a cleaning which cost 30 bucks. Not only the honesty of the mechanics but everything about the place from being professional to the place being clean was wonderful I would recommend them any day of the week, thanks guys for proving there are honest mechanics out there

I made a 10am appt for brakes and oil change. I arrived on time. Gave my keys over and dropped off, all I asked was that my car was done by 3pm. I was coming in after working 12 hrs and had to return at 6pm. I called when I woke up at 330 pm and spoke with Chris at the desk, they had me speak to a mechanic, I’m assuming, who didn’t even know my car was in the parking lot. He never came back on, he gave the phone back to Chris and he told me that my car had not been worked on and he didn’t know or couldn’t explain why. I reiterated that I gave over 5 hrs to complete the job and if there were issues to be contacted. He said they were looking at it. At 530pm I received a call that my car was put back together and ready for pick up. When I asked was it complete he said no. No reason yet again. They closed at 6. I arrived and nothing was said to me to fix things. I was given my keys and I left. Not even attempting to rectify the situation is what upset me the most. I had to find a ride work. My business will never go to this location again, no second chances. The store manager and their Corporate will be contacted tomorrow.
