You can call or do an appointment online. They’re usually fast. I’ve come here for any time my jeep has had any problems. The staff has always been so nice and helpful and informative.

I took my car in this morning because I had a check engine light on Jessica the employee that was there attending to me explain to me that they don't do any diagnostic check there but AutoZone does it for free so I went to AutoZone did my diagnostic check and then I came back with the paperwork and I waited in the lobby until she calls me after 2 hours Jessica came back with the results and explain it to me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I remember having an oil change done at the dealership something must have happened there that caused the sensor to give my car the engine light check they did not find anything wrong with the vehicle she was very polite and she went step by step to explain to me what could have happened at the dealership no work needed to be done in the car but the service there was outstanding this is why I continue going there

I am so disappointed writing this this review. I have been here I believe 2-3 times for oil changes and they're always great. On Friday I went in to get an oil change and I had Jessica to have them check my back seat right tire since it was low. She came back and said it had a screw in it and they had fixed it. Mind you they had also rotated my tires. I went back to my car after they were done then realized my light was still on for low tire pressure. I went back in and Jessica told me I just had to drive it and that it would go away. This typically never happens when I take it to another tire shop. Once fixed, the light goes away. I was running late so I had to go. The next morning I am driving and noticed my passenger seat tire is super low. I went to my typical tire shop and he said there was a screw in it. This means they never fixed my tire. Such a waste of time! If you go here just go for oil changes I wouldn't trust them with tires.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize Nate who helped me with my car today. He was prompt, kind and helpful. He explained my car issue in a knowledgeable and thorough way that made sense to me. I went to the location on 2819 N Central street Chicago IL to replaced all 4 of my tires with Goodyear Wrangler and they look great on my Ranger The manager was very nice and she gave me a very good deal along with the warranty and all cost $570. The mechanics there are very friendly. I will definitely be coming back at this location for my Taurus I’m glad and very happy a came here to this location

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! I bring all of my 4 vehicles here. I am always greeted with a smile and the best customer service. I have installed tires on all of my vehicles with mavis and can't say enough good things about them. Pésimo servicio , la persona que atiende bastante molesta , los empleados hablan más de lo que trabajan , fui a arreglar mi llanta no querían decir el precio del servicio para que el fin ni bajaran la llanta para revisarla solo por encima , y cobrar 27$ si su llanta se encuentra averiada no es recomendable el local
