I appreciate the attention to detail as well as the availability. However, the lack of communication and inability to correctly gauge time was frustrating. Furthermore, I recognize it was my decision to add more services, but it annoying that these services were added on prior to the full diagnosis being done. Had it been known that the drum needed to be fixed as well as brake pads (which is what I came in for), I would not have added an oil change or rear suspenders, which were both optional. The manger was very nice and accommodating, as well as Brian for explaining things in detail. Update: it’s been 5 days since I originally dropped off my car, and it still not done. Frankly ridiculous. The manager has been accommodating, and helping with the live. But there still issues with timing. The manager called and said it would be completed, and then the mechanic said it was not. Why is there issue with communication between the two? Will not be coming back.

Tim and Tyrise were fantastic. They squeezed me in a time crunch and got my tires mounted. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for an alignment. I had to come back in the new year for a small tire issue. Rachel was absolutely fantastic and took care of me quickly. An absolute amazing tire shop.

Came in for an oil change when I couldn’t find any place open during this storm. I called dozens of places before I called here and they were open. Despite the ice and Rachel and Brian being by themselves they got me in and out in thirty minutes for my oil change. Couldn’t be happier, keep up the hustle guys!

This place is absolutely incredible! I had to go in due to an urgent tire issue. Rachel and Marshun answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Fantastic and speedy customer service! I highly recommend getting your tires fixed here!

Brian was so amazing he took me back and showed me what was wrong with my brakes and let me know I needed an oil change & windshield wipers also…. I appreciate the quality of work & him actually taking time to explain & show me what was needed. I will be coming here from now on !!!! Thanks again Brian you are amazing

She took the time to fully understand my issue without rushing to conclusions, which made me feel valued as a customer. The Marshun empathetic approach and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. What truly set this experience apart was the Marshun proactive problem-solving skills. She didn’t just address my immediate concern but went above and beyond to anticipate and prevent potential future issues. Do not trust their appointment system it's flawed, they touch your vehicle after an hour after your scheduled appointment time. So if you want to go to them you better have all day .
