After trying to cut corners and go elsewhere, I still ended up coming back because their prices are reasonable and they’ll work with you. The people here are awesome, and as a woman of color I felt very comfortable coming here. And let me just say this… Matthew, Naquan, and David are great. These 3 right here are the ones you want to trust your car with. I don’t doubt that my car gave them headaches for a solid week, but they were serious about figuring out the problem and made sure I didn’t leave without it getting fixed. I really appreciate them for that.

Manager David & Assistant Manager Naquan did a great job on my car. I was trying to be cheap and buy 2 tires at a time. I could see Naquan's sincere concern about my tires. He found me a great deal along with other services. Worked well for me.a working class professional. Will return again for tires/rotate & balance & break flush. Great Job! Will return again. Hello google family. I was at work tonight. Went out to pick up supplies and hit a curb. I was frantic looking for a tire shops because I split my tire. Call 2 before Mavis no tire and couldn't help. I decided to drive ro Mavis because they were a mile where I hit the curb. The assistant manager and mechanical team took care of me. Great service and quick service. They put my tire on in 20 minutes. If you are in the area please go to the Mavis on Church Street. They are awesome. Thanks team.

On no account take your vehicle to this store. My 22 year old daughter took her vehicle to this store as she had a flat tire. Paid for a new rim, new tire and had the tires rotated. She called me the next day still something wrong with tires. Took the car to another Mavis tire store in Roswell. They found that tie rod was bent, very visible. No possible way Decatar store could have balanced. Damage so bad no way my daughter should have been allowed to dri e car away. Could have killed my daughter!! Needless to say called Mavis, no one called me back. Hired an attorney now!!

This place quoted me OVER $1K to fix a simple issue with my vehicle that a mobile repair service was able to correct for under $300. This is a shop full of scammers. They also lied about my rotors being warped, when other shops said that there was nothing wrong with them. In addition to that, the technicians at this place were kind enough to leave the smell of weed and B.O. behind in my car after taking forever to look at it and argued with me when I asked for my vehicle back after waiting a good hour.

Got new tires and an oil change. The communication was frequent so I always knew what was going on and what to expect. WiFi for customers allowed me to get my work done while I waited. I’m very happy with the service I was provided. I’ll be back in the future.

If purchasing tires ask for the "mavis" tire hazard warranty coverage, because the manufacturers warranty will not be honored. Ask for email verification of all services, do NOT rely on the handwritten guarantees of management.

The service provided by The assistant manger Naquan at the store located on 1471 Church Street was modeled like service. I was pleased with her wealth of knowledge and patience. Unfortunately for pep boys, they just lost a customer because of the service provided by Jasmine Perkins and NOT to mention the lowered price on Tires.

I visited this location on 12/31/2024. My appointment was at 11:00am, I arrive back to pick up my vehicle at 2:00pm and nothing was done. Not to mention my appointment was scheduled a day prior.
