Exceptional Service at Mavis from Suny I recently had an outstanding experience at Mavis, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Suny. I needed two new tires, and he went above and beyond to ensure I got them at a reasonable price. Not only was the service incredibly quick, but when a tire repair was needed shortly after I got a new tire, Suny stepped in to help without hesitation. His professionalism, efficiency, and customer-first approach made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Suny and the team at Mavis for anyone needing tire services—they truly care about their customers!

Took my car over because I had a flat tire and was hoping they were able to repair it. First of all, GREAT customer service! Everyone was so nice and we got helped in no time. We got a call saying my car was ready for pickup and they were able to repair it!!! As we walked in, the guy at the front desk printed out my receipt and said “don’t worry about it” as I was handing over my card and he said with a smile “Merry Christmas!” My fiancée and I have had nothing but great experiences here as he comes he regularly for tire rotations and check ups. Please check our this hidden gem!!!

I had a terrific experience at Mavis off Beach Blvd. I called to price options locally and the phone was answered by Katie Zimmerman who was unbelievably friendly and positive. I initially called to get a tire replaced, but decided to replace brakes and get an oil change on another car because of her customer service and positive attitude vs. where we normally go for these services. This will be our new normal shop for service.

Dakota took care of my sweet sweet ride in ways your average mechanic cannot. This kid cannot miss. Oil change? Yes. Complimentary tire rotation? Yes? Light replacement? Yes. Sir. Dakota can do it all (and he ain't half bad lookin' either.) Overall great experience. I only wish I had more oil for him and the great folks at Mavis Tire and Breaks to replace! XOXO 😘

We actually didn’t get any work done here. But that is because Katie and Sonny were super sweet and honest and told us they couldn’t work on it and were super gracious about how to approach my car getting repaired. They even gave me recommendations on who to take it to.

Best customer service we have received from an auto shop. We were out of town for the weekend in Jacksonville and happened to get a flat tire. Glad we showed up to this specific Mavis. Our tire was changed within a very decent time and were able to hit the road back home in a timely manner. The customer service made our day less hectic trying to get home. Thank you so much.

I had a slow leak on a tire and my sister was having a procedure at Mayo. We were from out of town and didn’t want to risk making the trip home without getting the tire fixed. They got me in quickly, fixed the problem, and did it in a friendly manner. Great staff!

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD!! ⭐ 1/5 I recently had a very disappointing and costly experience with Mavis Automotive Repair, and I want to warn others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. I took my 2017 Kia Sportage to Mavis for routine service, where they assured me that they had checked all the fluids, including engine coolant and oil. I trusted their word, but unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Shortly after the service, my vehicle broke down, and I learned that the engine had blown due to a lack of coolant. I later took the car to another mechanic, who confirmed that there was no coolant in the engine and that it was clear the fluids hadn’t been checked or topped off, despite Mavis claiming they had done so. This negligence led to extensive damage, including a blown head gasket, which requires costly repairs. When I contacted Mavis to inform them of the situation, they denied responsibility, despite the clear evidence provided. Not only have I been left with expensive repair bills, but I also feel completely disregarded as a customer. If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, I highly recommend you think twice before trusting Mavis Automotive Repair. My experience has shown me that they do not stand behind their work, and their lack of accountability has cost me dearly.

Great place.. had a leak in one of my tires, they looked at it and found the tires were just old/dry rotted.. but also found a serious issue with my struts that was causing uneven tire wear. They provided me with a few options for tires, all at very competitive prices. Refreshing to interact with an honest business !!! Will definitely be back...

Katie, the Mavis store manager, exudes confidence in the products Mavis Tires offers and the associates' workmanship. I look forward to better vehicle handling and the safety features as a result of the purchase and installation of my new tires. Katie gave me great advice on the care and maintenance of my 2014 Toyota Prius. In addition, I found the Mavis prices to be competitive. I highly recommend the Mavis on Beach Blvd. in JAX.

Mavis is always the place I go to for any tire needs as I have always been provided a great experience. Perfect example is today, I noticed a screw in one of my tires and drove over to Mavis right as they were closing, just in case there was any slight chance anything could be done today. Mark and Katie greeted me with a smile and offered to assist me on the spot and plug the tire so it wouldn’t go flat overnight while I was waited for an appointment. This was above and beyond because as it was starting closing time and fully unexpected. This is the reason I always go to Mavis, they always exceed expectations. Thanks again Mark and Katie!

Went in for flat repair and service was excellent. Fast friendly service and the repair was completed within an hour. Highly recommend this Mavis
