IVE BEEN PATIENT WITH THIS STORE. I WARNED THEM ABOUT MY RIMS PRIOR AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD IT. 5 HOURS LATER THEY WERE STILL STRUGGLING WITH MY 2 TIRES. DURING THE PROCESS THEY BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF 1 RIM, AND RUINED THE LUGNUT WHOLES. FORCED THE WHEEL ON WITHOUT THE SPACER. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND IVE BEEN PROMISED A RIM TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED 1. AND ALL I HAVE GOTTEN WAS LIES AND EXCUSES. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT THE MONEY FOR THE WHEEL. IM HAVING TO REPLACE IT MYSELF. I ALREADY HAD TI REPLACE THE WHEELHUB BECAUSE OF THIS.

I came in this morning because my skid plate had dislodged and was dragging. They stopped everything to address it and send me quickly on my way. Very appreciative of all the help they’ve given me over the years for my tire and brake needs as well.

I came to Mavis Tire because my car was making a loud noise whenever I braked, and it had been an ongoing issue for quite a while that I had addressed multiple times on separate visits to this location. Previously, the manager didn’t address the problem or even attempt to identify where the noise was coming from and just kept recommending I do more work and replace more parts, which left me frustrated. This time, I was greeted by Nolan, the new location manager, and immediately noticed a huge difference in customer service. Nolan actually listened to my concerns and went above and beyond—he came outside, got in my car, and drove around with me to hear the noise firsthand. He quickly identified multiple major issues and he and the crew had it fixed within a few hours! I was really impressed with his knowledge, attentiveness, and dedication to making sure the problem was resolved. Compared to my past experiences, Nolan’s approach to customer service was exceptional. With him as manager, I highly recommend this Mavis location!"

I brought my wife's car here after previously servicing my own, which included changing the tires, brakes, and getting an alignment. While my car's service was decent—though the tires turned out to be low quality—the brakes and alignment were fine. However, the experience with my wife's car has been a disaster. The alignment is the worst I've ever encountered, pulling severely to the right. It feels like the brakes weren't even changed, as they continue to squeak just as they did before the service. Extremely disappointing!

I had an issue with my brakes that had been installed out of state. The Mavis on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville took care of my problem quickly and pleasantly. Both the office person and the mechanic were extremely helpful and informative. Highly recommend.

Nolan the manager took excellent care of me and my vehicle! He, Elijah, Alex and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue with my tire and were open about the service required and cost. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and overall made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands!

Really fast service. Got me turned around with 2 new brake rotors and 4 new pads in less than an hour and a half. Let me know what to look out for in the future. Price was right at where I was expecting, which was pretty solid. Nolan as super friendly and communicative as well at the desk.
