Cody and Greg were amazing! Had a screw and some metal in my rear tire. Dealerships lost my lug nut lock key and I was told they couldn’t see me until next week. Cody had me bring it right in and I had my tire patched, locks removed, and lug nuts replaced in no time!!

I took my car in just to get an alignment, a $100 service. The attendant refused to do it unless I replaced my "broken" tire rods totaling over $1200 in part and labor. I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and was then told there is nothing at all wrong with my tire rods whatsoever and that I just needed an alignment. But by the time I was able to get that second opinion, my tires were worn absolutely bald on the inside which is now costing me two new tires and the original alignment I should have gotten a month ago that could have prevented all this. And all just to wrack up a service bill. I had just had the tires inspected prior to this interaction and the tread was completely fine.

Had a nail in one of my tires. I called and was greeted by Carry. She was super sweet and helpful on the phone and in the store. She informed me if I came into tue store soon i would be able to get my car in within 30 minutes. And she was right! The inside is bright and clean. They even have an area with coloring books, markers, and toys for the little ones. Which I was very greatful for. Inhad my 2 year old with me and the kids room kept him occupied! Thank you for getting me in last minute and being so quick and efficient!

I've had to stop by a few times over the past couple years for pin hole leaks in my tires to get patched up. Always quick service and reliable. Good deals on new tires and they have free air out front 24/7 which is nice. Definitely recommend!

Today was a blessing at Mavis tires. The Team along with Mr Calvin kieser was very helpful and will recommend every one to get your tires checked it's safety I was told and explained. Definitely go here!! 5 STARS! I broke down in the middle of the work day and got towed to Mavis. I called ahead of time and they told me to ask for Cody and were very kind when I arrived. When I got there Cody, Carrie and Jaden helped me with my vehicle. Fantastic service!! I will definitely be returning here and I hope these three people get the recognition they deserve for such AMAZING service. God bless them for helping me in my time of need with my vehicle!!

Carrie at the front was an absolute sweetheart and was incredibly kind in assisting me with my tire service. The gentleman who patched my tire was quick and efficient and had a wonderful attitude and professionalism. Carrie, I would like to directly thank you and wish you a wonderful rest of your week. Customer service such as yours is a dying breed and I appreciate your kind gesture and sweet smile more than you know. I also wanted to state that I'm currently on a road trip to northwest Florida and it's about 11 hours worth of a drive. I realized last night when I got to my hotel that my tire was completely flat. I was incredibly stressed this morning and Carrie, the gentleman and the entire Mavis location here at 9718 Touchton Road, Jacksonville, Fl are phenomenal. My only wish is that this crew lived near me in Broward County in South Florida. Thank you again :)

I was very pleased by the service I received. Cody was an effective communicator and was able to accommodate my needs on a short notice. My car was in and out in a quick turnaround.
