Carlos was very knowledgeable and able to help us identify and resolve the issue we were having with our family's Versa very quickly this morning. The Mavis team at this location has been taking care of our 2 vehicles for the last 4 years and we plan to continue coming here first for any automotive concerns as well as routine maintenance. The team at this location are consistent, reliable, and friendly. WE know we can trust that this team will be thorough with their work and will be transparent if there's something unexpected needed during a service or potential expenses down the line that we need to plan for as a family.

Carlos welcomed me nicely as I entered the shop. He was professional. My tire had to be plugged. He asked Tavon to take care of it. I’m telling you , with in a few minutes I was out of the shop. They are the best if you need anything to do with car service l. I was pleased with the service.

Some mechanics and auto repair shops like to take advantage of women. Mavis Tires take time, explain things to you. The mechanics are kind and professional. They didn’t come up with a list of things you may not need. I don’t have many good things to say about most repair shops but I can truthfully say I appreciate Mavis Tire at the corner of Monaco and Dunn Ave. I hope they don’t stop offering great service with a smile. It is nice to know they are there when I need them. Thanks Josh, for your kindness, you remind me of my grandson. D. Davis

Great service. Purchased 4 tires for one of my vehicles. They was upfront and honest regarding the price no hidden added cost. Brought another one of my vehicles in due to one tire had a slow leak. Called ahead to check to see if they could do it without a long wait. Was told to bring it in and they could take care of it. They was quick on patching the tire. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this location. Great experience both times.

READ THIS COMMENT BEFORE COMING HERE! The level of incompetence from this place is staggering. I’m convinced the other reviews are fake. Wish I could give zero stars. I came here over a week ago with my 2020 F-150 and dropped off a wheel with a flat tire to get it replaced. These guys never called me. After 3 days I came in and Carlos said they had just now ordered the tire and I can pick it up on Saturday due to enterprise fleet taking awhile to accept the repair. I called enterprise and they assured me they accepted immediately once entered but it took 5 days for Mavis to put the tire on. They claim they had to order the tire. I told Carlos I’d just come in early next week and get the wheel put on along with an oil change. We set up an appointment for Wednesday at 1:00PM. Carlos never put the appt in. I drop the car off and they said it would take about 45 min to an hour. Was gone for a little over 2 hours and when I came back, they hadn’t even started on it. When I walked up they signaled for a guy to run out and grab my truck. I stopped the guy, took my vehicle and left. Everyone in this shop was just sitting around. Carlos completely wasted my time for over a week on a tire replacement and oil change. This is called incompetence in my book. I strongly feel like the GM owes me a phone call with an apology on behalf of his crews terrible communication. However, they probably lost my number again as I gave it to them twice. Stay away from this place. They don’t like to work. Go to a competitor if you’re looking for reliable service. Firestone never did me wrong like this. Won’t be coming back.

I took my car there becauSe it was squeeking. Jason promised me that getting the shocks and struts it would go away. I spent 1000 and the noise is still there but worse ! And he said oh well! Horrible customer service. They made my car worse and not better. As mechanics they lied so get my service.
