I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this shop. It used to be a Tuffy and I was a bit confused with the name change but the workers are always so kind and helpful. They have some really great prices for oil changes and other maintenance, and there are always great coupons on their site! They always have a convenient location no matter where you are and I definitely recommend mavis tire. I will be coming here for the foreseeable future! The manager, Jay was also very professional and kind.

Since moving to this side of town 10 years ago this has been my go-to back when it was Tuffy's and the last few days have reminded me why I continue to come to this location only! I had low tire pressure that I originally attributed to the change in weather but from Saturday till today, I kept losing air and thanks to the great guys at Mavis, they were able to find the problem and get it patched and get me on my way. This saved me the unexpected cost of having to purchase a new tire and also reminded me why I'll never go elsewhere again!

I recently had my brakes replaced here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient especially Taz who was super friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and even showed me the worn-out parts, which gave me confidence in their work. The brake change was completed quickly, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my car’s performance. The pricing was fair, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire or brake needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

I recently visited shop to have a screw removed from my tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the issue and efficiently removed the screw without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth and much faster than I expected. I left feeling confident about the repair and my vehicle’s safety. Perfect experience from start to finish. Came in without an appointment to check a flat tire ... dropped off my car and got a call within 1.5 hrs that they had finished. They found the issue (ridiculously giant nail...) and patched the tire. Everyone was kind, patient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this location and will be visiting again if I have any more tire/brake issues! Thank you Jay and Tazz for your help and kindness! You are both awesome!

Today, I had a tire replacement and alignment service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Store manager Tazz was fantastic, answering all my questions clearly and ensuring I was comfortable with the process. Simcha was incredibly helpful and kept me informed and entertained during the wait. The service was quick and efficient, and both Ulises and Rickey did a great job—they were thorough and really helpful throughout. Overall, I left feeling confident in the work done and appreciated the friendly, professional service from the whole team.

Awesome customer service and outstanding staff. Not only are they friendly, but they are very knowledgeable and take care of my car needs. Simcha is a great representative, very friendly and welcoming. Jonathan is awesome at his job and really knows his stuff, and Odney was very respectful of my car. I totally recommend this place and definitely will come back to this location on Semoran Blvd, zip code 32807, for any issues with my car. the only room for improvement is in the waiting area they should have some kind of vending machine or coffee or water for the customer while they wait.

I came to this location on a whim after noticing my oil was low, and Steven, as well as the entire crew on 10/18, were great! He took care of me immediately, we chatted about some concerns, and I decided to sit outside and wait while they got to work. Steven brought me out a chair so I could be comfortable instead of sitting on the curb! I’ve always been one to sit outside no matter if there are seats, but this is the first time anyone has ever brought me out a chair. Steven also noted some of my concerns prior to starting a simple oil change and gave me a list of things they noticed to be aware of down the line. I generally hate any service involving my car because it can be stressful and of course there are horror stories about people trying to talk you into getting unnecessary things, but Steven reassured me there was no need for anything extra today, no safety concerns, just things to prepare for. This was certainly a very pleasant experience and I will be back to this location specifically for my next service. :)

I had a blow out on my way home from work. (side wall) yuck.. Theses guys SIMCHA, TAZZ, TORI, ULISES were excellent with assisting me although I didn't purchase tire due to warranty. Simcha offered me excellent customer service and discounts even with me snapping on him due to my frustration.. I will definitely come back for any future work required on my vehicle. 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport. These guys are anazing... Great personality and compassion. Kym

Needed some brake and strut work done on a classic 1988 Nissan 300zx. The team here was friendly and welcoming! they gave me a quote that was the best deal out of 3 shops I called (1 quote was $700, the other $584) They got it done for me just under $500. Professional, honest, and hardworking. Highly recommended!
