I had two flats on 10-20-24 and went to Mavis. The manager on duty was courteous and very helpful. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

I was supposed to BEEN wrote this review but life been life'n so I'm writing it now. N E Who, From 1st contact (10/3) I've experienced nothing but the best service from Mavis. The guy that made my appointment was nice n friendly and answered all of my questions. When I went in and got my brakes done, Andre was exceptionally helpful and kept me up to date with when my car would be done. I experienced a little scrubbing sounds and he was more than happy to assist me with my concerns. I was so satisfied with the service provided, that I came back and got my oil changed. Again, from 1st contact they were all very helpful and informative. I'd recommend Mavis to any and everyone. I think they should change their name to Allstate bc you're really in good hands but unlike Allstate, Mavis is affordable

Michael was a saint! We were heading to port for our honeymoon cruise. Our brakes went out, Mavis was the closet shop so we stopped in. Michael had us back on the road in 2 hours. He also noticed our cashapp on our car and sent us a honeymoon gift. He was so sweet and helpful. Please consider going to this location!

So happy Mavis Tire and Brakes in Winter Park was open to help me with my nail in my tire. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick and easy. This is a spot I’d go back to time and time again for all my tire and brake needs!

Tuesday nov 5th ,2024 , This morning my mounted brake light needed to be checked. I stopped by Mavis tires on Kirkman and Metro West , joshua was so kind to help me check my light and he replaced it with free of charge very effectively i’m appreciative & he was very nice. We need more people like this.

I will probably never use them again.. I had q balance and rotation done and shortly after that I blew one of my tires on the road. They bolted the tires on so tight that it broke my tire iron trying to change the tire. Long story short they owe me for a towe truck..

Took my truck in for an oil change without an appointment they fit me right in and took care of my truck very nice and friendly staff with excellent customer service. I definitely would recommend everyone I know to go there and do business with them.

Went in to get my AC checked. Left my car and in less than an hour got a call to let me know what was wrong with the AC. Very pricey but what can you expect when the AC compressor and condenser had to get replaced. They did help me with some of the pricing. They also made it a priority to get my car out of the shop before I got off work. Finished the job in 3 hours ! Great customer service as well ! Hoping this will stay my go to place for car maintenance!

Took my car in to replace bulbs and change the oil. They "found" issues with my brakes, gaskets, and belts. They called me told me my car was ready at a certain time and when I got there, my car was still lifted with a tire removed and they were still "waiting on a part". $1700+ later and the bulbs still don't work. I'm not sure if the oil was changed as they didn't replace the mileage sticker. When I tried to call (which was after hours but less than 2 minutes since I left) nobody answered and I couldn't leave a message. I was specifically asked to leave a google review and am willing to update it once I am able to get into contact. Update: I was able to schedule a time to get these mistakes rectified. Though, the manager was adamant with my wife that the bulbs were replaced (the bulbs did not work immediately after leaving). I was not present for the interaction, but the wife reported that she felt it was very rude. There is shaking in the wheel that was not there before, but I won't be taking it back to Mavis. Pep Boys is close by and I had a much better customer service experience when I took my wife's car there. I could not recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes any less. Update Aug 23 2024: 2 of the 4 "replaced" bulbs have gone out. Can not suggest this place any less.

An inconvenience brought me to Mavs Tires and Brakes, but Andrew made my whole situation way better than I expected it’ll turn out. He was super helpful, kind, and really took care of everything quickly and smoothly. His willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. I recently had a frustrating and expensive experience at another Mavis Tires location, which nearly led me to give up on the company altogether. However, my visit to the MetroWest location completely turned things around. Michael, the manager and mechanic, provided the best service I’ve ever received. He genuinely understood my situation and was incredibly honest and transparent about everything. His professionalism and expertise made all the difference. Thanks to Michael, I’ve regained my trust in Mavis Tires, and as long as he’s there, my vehicles and I will continue to be loyal customers.

I went here because the location is convenient, but will definitely not return. My car had stalled a few times and I was hoping they could diagnose the problem. I called before dropping my car off so to confirm this was something they could handle. While dropping the car off, the guy at the front was already giving me all kinds of excuses and saying they need to recreate the problem to diagnose it. I had hoped they may know of something that generally causes the problem of stalling specifically while at idle speeds. They couldn't figure it out, which was fine, but still wanted to charge me $109 for the diagnosing fee. The front desk guy angrily told me I didn't have to pay, which was also fine, except that they were also supposed to rotate my tires. My tires were not rotated. I can tell because the front rims had dust/dirt from the brake pads and and were clearly not handled at all or there would've been marks in the dust and the dirtier rims should've been in the rear. The front desk guy assured me over the phone that the car was not pulling after the rotation, which was something I was concerned about. Being lied to by someone working on my car is massively irritating, especially when they tell people to come in just because they try to charge a BS fee when they appear to work on commission. Don't go here.

Stopped in for a oil change and i was told that 2 of my tires were starting to show cords and that i could use a alignment, i am so thankful for michael for helping me with finding that and with the price. You have a customer for life now

Was quoted a price and thought they included everything in it, when I got to the place for my appointment found it was going to be $200 more because they quoted me JUST the tires not adding in the labor and taxes into what they were telling me. I feel it was deceitful of them to do that to just get me in the store.
