They are the worst. We went in for a window motor repair and they cracked the window. Then they said it was broken when it came in but offered to fix the window for $550 and charge no labor. I said check your camera and get back to me, you broke it. After 2 weeks they said nope, nothing on camera. I then called around and got my window fixed for $450 w labor. They constantly mark up 50% , lie, cheat, and steal. Every other repair shop in the area will beat their pricing by 25-35% Their manager can't even call me back himself. He has others call. Weak.

I came in for a flat tire that had a nail in it that happened the previous night before and when I walked in was greeted and welcomed by Ray great Customer service it was not busy I was attended to right away They got the job done real quick and I like how they put a cover on my seat so it didn’t get dirty when they drove my car in the garage My experience here was great Highly recommend

I highly recommend this location. They shoot straight and won't recommend any unnecessary services or parts. When the management changed, I thought that their culture might change as well. But they are the same, super-helpful, super-kind mechanics.

I recently had a tire issue due to a nail and needed a quick repair. I initially went to a mechanic shop, where they recommended I visit Mavis at 7447 Narcoossee Road. I drove over, and upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a technician named Ray who provided outstanding customer service. They quickly assessed and resolved the issue within minutes. I was genuinely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team and their expertise. They fixed my tire efficiently and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this location for their knowledgeable and friendly service. They truly go above and beyond!

Ray hooked it up! I got back from vacation to my truck that was parked at the airport and it had a flat! I came to Mavis and these guys took good care of me, had me in and out within 20 minutes.

Went in with a leaking tire had no idea what was the cause they were able to find and fix it very fast. Very nice people and quick process.

100% do not recommend this place. I got an oil change and there was a screw in my tire when they finished. Nobody was even going to tell me unless I pointed it out, and the workers acted like they were doing me a favor by taking out the screw.

I have been going to this store for many years. I have always found the service to be honest and excellent. I brought my 2016 Yukon in because the exhaust system was making intermitting load sounds as well as emitting fumes throughout the cabin. They put it on a lift right away and found a few screws loose on the exhaust system. They informed me of the problem and tighten the screws. They went above and beyond, As a situation like this could be taken advantage of. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I stopped at Mavis randomly because I had a nail in my tire. Ray greeted me when I came in he took care of me right away. The service was quick, professional and well done.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I called to have my tired plugged and they informed me to bring my car in with no wait. I arrived at the location and the woman told me it would be a two hour wait and I most likely spoke to their outsourced call center. I made an appointment and brought my car back later that day. After waiting an hour and a half (after being told it would take 30 minutes), they come out to tell me they cannot figure out how to unlock my wheels to fix the issue. The manager then came out and was visibly annoyed that I was inquiring about my car after being over promised and under delivered with their service (or lack there of). The manager was incompetent and lacked customer service and emotional intelligence. If I worked at Mavis, I would terminate his boss for hiring or promoting someone that is incapable of basic customer service at a manger level. Mavis should do their due diligence and terminate every employee in this location starting with the manager (I use that term lightly).

Manuel and his team are AMAZING. I came in before a long roadtrip without an appointment to check my brakes and get new tires. For starters, Manuel never pressure saled me as many other auto shops do. Manuel focused on what I need but did make recommendations when asked for. Secondly, his team was fast and effective with getting me and out of the shop. I truly appreciate the service I received here and will be coming back!!! HIGHLY recommend coming here.

Would give 0 if I could. Had a friend bring in his car and they started driving it around like crazy when all it needed was balancing the tires. No way I’m bringing my car here
