Dishonest shop. Said if I replace one Tesla tire I need to replace both. They were brand new so this is a lie. I confirmed with Tesla it doesn’t void warranty on car as the mechanic was saying. Didn’t expect this kind of dishonesty from a larger brand. I have gas cars I will no longer bring here for service!

Aston was great and really helped work with me on pricing for a rear-brake job and caliper replacement. Great customer service. Shoutout to Eric for being an awesome and thorough mechanic. Did the work very quick and was a straight-shooter. My kind of shop. I will be back.

Just a bunch of rip off artist wife took her car in and wanted to charge $55 to patch a tire. Ask them why was told they had to put a brand new valve stem in it tires were only four months old. Should be ashamed of yourself when your sister store in St. Cloud only charges 35.

The manager, Christine, was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and treats the place like it's her own business. I was hesitant to go to a big corporate chain but I needed a tire fast and was working in the area but she is the epitome of what you want from your workers.

I am a regular customer. I do my tires there always all change yesterday I called. I got a quote for two tires. They gave me a price for 208+ tax, including everything the day after I come really early with my wife to drop off the car And when I went inside, they told me it’s gonna be $274. I told them that’s not what they quote he said oh it doesn’t matter. It’s not the same I told him what do you mean is not the same he said all the price you get on the phone is not the same. The one here in the store I told him that’s not true and because I work in a dealer, he told me it’s the same for you. You give me a price when I go to the dealer you give me a difference that is unprofessional to tell a customer that I am very upset. I told them you’re going to lose my business and my referral he didn’t care.

I can say hands down the staff that work here will go above and beyond to make sure they find the problem and the solution to go right along with it. Anyone who has car issues understands the frustration that comes behind it and how much money can be involved. I truly thank every staff member here including management for helping me with my issues. You guys/Christina (sorry if I mispelled) are amazing!!!

They told me my car needed a repair that I had just very recently had done by another shop. Went to a second mechanic instead and confirmed the repair was completely unneeded. They tried to charge me and arm and a leg for new lug nuts that my car 100% did not need

This is actually kinda funny. I lost the key to my locking lug nuts so I went to just get the 4 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with regular lug nuts. One on each tire. They said it was $150 per tire….thats a $150 bill to replace one lug nut……..they were very friendly though so I’ll give them that but that pricing model..
