A few days before Thanksgiving, my check engine light came on. I contacted several dealerships to schedule a diagnostic, but none were available, and they required me to leave my car for several days. Frustrated, I reached out to Mavis, and they were able to perform a diagnostic the same day. Once they identified the issue, they even fixed it that very day! The customer service from all the employees was outstanding—quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful.

If you ever have car issues, I recommend this location due to the customer service and trustworthy employees. I spoke to Mike the service manager about my issue and without hesitation he was willing to help. Within minutes they brought my car in. I asked Mr.Ozzy the mechanic so many questions, which he answered all of them. I am very pleased and thankful for such a great customer service.

BEWARE!!!!! I went without my husband and they tried to scam me out of $4,392 stating that my 2023 CRV needed new struts, shocks, sway bar, short mount, and tires at only 32,000 miles. I was sketched out and took my car to Honda which I should’ve done to begin with, but they said nothing was wrong (except needing new tires soon) with my car and were baffled that they suggested all those things.

My husband took our vehicle in for a nail in our tire. They took the time to actually investigate whether or not it was leaking air and didn’t just try to sell us on a new tire (which seems to be the norm nowadays). They got us back on the road in no time. Super impressed with the quality of service.

I cannot recommend this location enough. Mike and Ashton were beyond helpful trying to get my warranty sorted and didn’t stop until it was all figured out, which took hours, late into the evening. The mechanic working on my car, I wish I knew his name, was also helpful showing me what was going on with my car. All around amazing care!

Air pressure went low in my rear tires, I was passing by and asked them to fill my tires, and they were like we can schedule you for tomorrow, for such a quick and small thing. The lady sort of wanted to do it right away but the heavy hispanic guy nodded No to her. Anyways, I just moved 3 mins from them, and will never go there again, taking my business to Firestone as they helped me in moment of urgency and seem more reliable and kind.

I had to get a tire changed on a Sunday around 4:40pm when they close at 5, and this place had the best service I’ve ever had. Simcha and Odney had great customer service and they made sure my problem was solved before they left for the day. I really appreciate it thanks guys.

I ordered tires online Sunday night, paid a deposit and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Showed up and could not find the appointment or tires. After back and forth the appointment was "found" but no tires and no help. It was story after story and excuse after excuse. Went to another tire shop and tires were available in 1 hour and getting them put on as I write this. This place is terrible with 0 accountability. Its like they are trying to go out of business. No apologies or let me make this right. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. You have been warned.

I was warned about this place. I went for an oil change and a new starter. Was charged $1,200.00 for the two which I wasn’t aware was too much until I asked around. Couple months later now and I spent the whole day stuck on the side of the road because I thought I had another 1k miles until an oil change but my truck ran out of oil. I would not trust them for oil changes or prices.

My name is Zach and this was my first experience at Mavis Tire & Auto. Upon entering the establishment I was warmly greeted by Manuel, who introduced himself right away and asked how he could help. The store had just opened and there was already a line, but Manuel still did a great job handling the business, as he was by himself. I explained my issue and Manuel was transparent with me in saying that since I was a walk-in it may be done tomorrow depending, which was completely understandable. Once my car was in the air Manuel took me back into the bay to see my car, which is where I was introduced to Tuty, who explained the multiple issues wrong with the vehicle on top of what it was brought in for. While I could not proceed with the service, Tuty’s guidance on what was wrong on top of Manuel’s customer service was truly appreciated and made my visit a valuable experience. Keep up the great work and customer service Manuel, and to Tuty thank you again so much for the guidance on my Honda. You guys are awesome!

The dreaded flat tire on the way to work scenario happened to me this week and Mavis was the closest auto repair shop to me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted promptly and was able to receive a tire inspection and repair even without an appointment. My service associate, Manuel, explained everything about the service, the expected timeline, and the pricing upfront. I thought for sure they would try to up charge me as so many mechanic shops do after inspection but they stuck exactly to what was discussed and everything was communicated to me throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and inviting and I really appreciate the hospitality and hard work. Will definitely be back in the future!

The team at Mavis Tires in Lake Nona were awesome, especially Manuel, the service advisor. Manuel took the time to listen to our concerns, got us in quickly, helped diagnosed the issues, and physically showed us the items needing repair on the car. Manuel then went the extra mile to ensure we received the best deals Mavis Tires could offer and within just a few hours, Manuel made sure the mechanic (Tootsie, who was also very good), had everything fixed just as planned and quoted, and we were out the door. Later on as we talked, we realized Manuel was also the one who helped us out earlier this year when we had a flat tire - and he took great care of us then too! Manuel is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, very customer focused, and a genuinely good guy. Mavis Tires is lucky to have Manuel on their team and in our opinion, he should be a store manager for Mavis. I highly recommend Manuel at the Lake Nona Mavis Tires location!

This is my 7th visit to this location. Always treated with excellence. Customer service always outstanding and attentive. Aston was genuinely impressive and went out of his way to be helpful. Price and quality of work has always competitive and fair. Purchased 4 new Pirelli’s on sale along with suspension all around and was in and out in same day. The entire team was pleasant and made the experience and purchase positive. Auto techs have always been excellent with repairs, installations, and maintenance. I wouldn’t go to another location or shop. Lake Nona Mavis is # 1 !

Aston, Manny and John were amazing! From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tire, and they repaired it with great kindness and professionalism. I was kept in the loop at every step, and employees checked in with me numerous times to ask if I needed anything. Thank you for making a small chore into a friendly experience!

Highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly, professional, and will do their best to get you in and out as fast as they can. Erick is an excellent mechanic, profesional, knowledgeable, and with great customer service skills. If you go in ask for him you won’t be disappointed.

It was an amazing and enjoyable experience at an automotive service store. The manager/person in charge, Christina, was extremely efficient, direct and objective in addressing my car's tire and brake issues. The price was super reasonable and the service was impeccable… definitely on my list of automotive service stores to return to when needed.
