His customer service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the perfect set of tires for my vehicle at a great price. The installation was quick and efficient, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my car’s performance. Great guys!!! Evan was exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. Took my unique situation into account and really helped me out. I resently visited this business for a puncture on my tire. I can honestly say that they provided prompt service effectively. I was greeted and acknowledged something that many business lack. The repair on my tired was quickly fix. I will definitely return for service. Thank you to the staff.

Was told that the software would not allow the store to put conventional oil in 2016 Rav4. Although, Toyota claims conventional oil can be used. All oil change place only want to sell you on the more price synthetic oil.

I recently had a great experience at Mavis Tire Shop. I brought both my cars in, one for a slow leak and one for tire replacement, and the service was excellent. David was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the leak and offering a clear explanation of my tire options. I went with the Continentals. Overall, I highly recommend Mavis for their professionalism and quality service. I’ll definitely return for future tire needs!

I went to Mavis today for new tires they say I have to pay over $ 680.00 I had to pay for tires and alignment I ask I thought that came in the service they say no it's extra I say when it was action gater it was included in the price I been going to that same location for over 19 years ago this new company took over and over charge me i went to someone else and got a better deal

Today I noticed a nail in my tire and called Mavis Tires to see if they could repair it. I recently had open heart surgery so I couldn't jack up the car to remove the tire. I brought it in, they removed the tire, patched the leak and replaced the tire. Within 20 minutes I was driving home. Incredible service and friendly people. This was my first visit and was the best service I have ever received at a tire place. I will bring my cars there from now on.

We were loyal customers. Taking both my 2020 accord and my husband's ram for regular maintenance, even before their name change. They kept making small errors like forgetting to reset the warning lights which drove me absolutely nuts but my husband kept wanting to stick it out with them because they're walking distance from our house. Unfortunately, their last error left me on the side of 408, 7 months pregnant, not even 50 miles from after getting my last oil change from them. They forgot to secure the aluminum under engine cover. We will take our business and money elsewhere.

Evan and David were able to help me during hurricane Helene. I picked up a screw in my tire getting supplies before the hurricane. I was panicked, but these gentlemen helped fix my flat in under an hour, had me back on the road before the storm hit. I am so thankful for their stellar customer service. I had a great experience at this location. I will definitely return in the future.
