We were in Orlando for a cheerleading competition and I noticed that we had a large screw in my tire. I drove into Mavis and they took care of us right away. The friendly staff plugged and balanced our tire in less than an hour. Bonus- there are a number of quick restaurants in the shopping center to grab a bite while you wait.

10/10 recommend! As someone who gets very anxious having to take my car in places by myself because I don’t know anything about cars, I can truly say I had a great experience. The guys were so nice and explained everything to me super well! They didn’t have the battery my car needed in stock, so they went out of their way to get it for me and one of them drove themselves to go get the battery for my car. My car is happy and I’m happy!

Making an appointment was easy, and the staff call to confirm the appointment (nice touch that other shops no longer do). Staff were very prompt and explained every step of the process and their findings along the way. Recommendations were presented in a non pushy manner which felt that they respected my choice and wanted to make sure I was educated on my options. I came in for a brake service and even though a courier error delayed service, they made sure that I had time available to get the work completed before continuing once the correct parts arrived. Waiting area is open with ample seating and power outlets. Windows available if you’re like me and enjoy seeing the technicians working on various cars. Good area with food choices in a quick walk if you’re waiting. Will definitely be returning for future services on my car!

I've waited 2½ hours in the past for an oil change and tire rotation. This time, I made an appointment to have my brakes looked at. When I arrive, I'm told the employees are on their break and it will take 45 minutes to an hour. What's the point of an appointment?? I understand they are busy, but they have no respect for people's time. Don't waste your time here.

We had car failure driving to Orlando on the highway. We were stuck on I4 and our car wouldn’t move. I called Mavis while waiting for a tow and they were ready for us. They got us in, diagnosed the problem, and had the repair done same day. Ray and all the guys at Mavis took great care of us. They were honest about realistic possibilities and straightforward with what was needed. We felt taken care of, heard, and it didn’t break the bank. I’d take my car here for regular service and I know now I can count on them for good service when it matters most. Thanks for saving the day!

I was so happy with the service here today. Raimund and his team made sure my fiancé and I were helped quickly and effectively. We went in for an oil change which was done in no time and then when we told Raimund we forgot to ask for wipers he immediately ordered some for us and installed them once they arrived. I won’t go anywhere else for my car needs. Thank you guys!

People seemed nice, however, my oil change took an hour and a half. There was no communication that it would take much longer than normal, even after I asked how much longer it would be around the hour mark.

This place is wonderful! They know what they are doing and super accommodating. I had trouble with my car a few times and they were nice, honest and explained things thoroughly. I had the pleasure of working with Tooly, but everyone there is really nice. Would highly recommend!

I have been visiting this location for several years, and I am consistently impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Tooly and Rai, in particular, are exceptional; they assist me every time I visit. I highly recommend asking for either of them when you come in. Their professionalism and dedication are outstanding. I strongly suggest this location to anyone you won’t regret it! They definitely have a for life customer I will definitely continue to come here for all my needs. Took my car to Mavis after meeting with another brake specialist that couldn’t help me out but I found Mavis online and met with a gentleman Ray at service department who was able to diagnose the problem and offered me a solution however at the time I didn’t have the funds to pay out of pocket to fix the problem however Ray made a Recommendation that I applied for the Mavis credit Account where I can pay later and still have the job completed it because I was low on funds trying to get ready for the holidays. The guys did a great job and also gave me a nice discount now I’m ready to get back on the road and back to Work thank you Mavis and the Team! I am forever grateful!

I needed an oil change quickly and found Mavis on google and they took me right away without an appointment! Mona Lisa and Marianna helped me with everything I needed and were so kind and knowledgeable. The oil change was speedy and they also rotated my tires. They noticed I needed a new air filter, ordered it and had it delivered, then replace it all so quickly! And all for a very reasonable price!
