I needed an oil change quickly and found Mavis on google and they took me right away without an appointment! Mona Lisa and Marianna helped me with everything I needed and were so kind and knowledgeable. The oil change was speedy and they also rotated my tires. They noticed I needed a new air filter, ordered it and had it delivered, then replace it all so quickly! And all for a very reasonable price!

I have had nightmare experiences with my tires at other local businesses but the folks here were so kind, explained everything, and never pressured me to make a last minute large purchase! Tooly was patient and kind when consulting with me, as was the gentleman at the front desk. Will be returning!

Took my car to Mavis after meeting with another brake specialist that couldn’t help me out but I found Mavis online and met with a gentleman Ray at service department who was able to diagnose the problem and offered me a solution however at the time I didn’t have the funds to pay out of pocket to fix the problem however Ray made a Recommendation that I applied for the Mavis credit Account where I can pay later and still have the job completed it because I was low on funds trying to get ready for the holidays. The guys did a great job and also gave me a nice discount now I’m ready to get back on the road and back to Work thank you Mavis and the Team! I am forever grateful!

I sent my daughter there for an alignment that alignment was done but then spoke to John over the phone about other things they found that they recommended to be replaced what caught my attention was the oil leak so he said it's the oil pan and gasket and actually ask him if he's sure It will take care of the problem he said yes so it was $400 and I told him go ahead and fix it. My daughter came home and we did not notice oil leaks about 5 days later while she was leaving the driveway I saw a lot of oil stains I called they said bring it back and they said it was the gasket that failed they will replace it, they replaced it. Same thing about 5 days later the car started leaking oil again called I spoke to John he said bring it back and it was a Sunday. When we showed up the guy that was there had no idea why would john tell us to bring the car on a Sunday when they can't get parts he was very upset and wasn't afraid to show his frustration towards us like if it was our fault he was extremely rude. We left the car and I had a feeling they were not going to touch it and for sure they did not call. the car was sitting there and I called Monday to check on the car I was told they have not looked at it and that they're waiting on the mechanic to come in and they would reach out to me. sure enough around 1:00 I got a call they told me the car is ready and I asked them if it was fixed they said yes I asked what was the problem he said maybe just old oil that was still lingering around and that there is no leak. Until now the car still leaks a lot of oil I don't know how they claim that it's not leaking they're complete Liars and trying to avoid doing the work.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful in setting me up for a replacement as they were not able to patch my original tyre.They had to order my Tyre from the warehouse which promised to deliver in an hours time.unfortunately for me that hour took 4 hours for my tire to get to the location.The staff here were great and kept calling the main warehouse for eta of the tire but lots of excuses.Overall they were good but be aware if they need to order a tyre for you if they don’t have it in stock. Have a back up plan

Tooly and Emmanuel helped me out with a last minute oil change. Tooly was incredibly helpful and hospitable, it was wonderful bringing my car in and having them work on it. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done quick

!!!!! Thank you so much to Raimund & his team at Mavis! They were so kind and efficient. My car was in and out within the hour which was amazing! (was originally told it could be about a two hour wait). I came in for a tire service - my tire pressure light was continuously coming on. No leak was detected on the suspected tire, so they checked all tires just to be safe. Likely was the faulty air dispenser I used. They filled my tires properly & that was that ! Raimund checked in with me throughout the whole service as well, which was great. Very happy with my decision to come here! Overall a great experience

I don't want to go anywhere else. I was panicked before the hurricane, hundreds of miles away from home, and with a nail in my tire. In the midst of the hurricane panic, the crazy amount of stressed customers they were handling woth grace, "T" and "Tooly" were the calm in the storm. They both made me feel safe, taken care of, and prepared for the long road ahead. They were professional, friendly and courteous, no matter what kind of day they had. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Highly disappointed over price for a job that wasn’t done completely right. Still had to take it to a different brake shop to get the issue fixed for half the price. I got finessed. I’ll never recommend or go back to his place.

I left my car at the time I was supposed to leave, 4 hours later and they hadn't done anything! I don't recommend it, it made me waste a lot of time in my day.

I made an appointment here to get an oil change. At the very end of checking in they told me they were running “a little behind” so it would take an hour, maybe an hour and a half. It took them 2 1/2 hours. When I went up to ask how much longer it would be after an hour and a half I was told an oil change usually takes 40 minutes but no more than an hour. I told him it had been 1 1/2 hours. He wasn't apologetic at all he just told me it shouldn’t be much longer. Finally, an hour after that my car was done. The guy who checked me out was really apologetic and gave me a small discount, but I’m frankly really annoyed and disappointed by the whole experience. Especially because I had an appointment! What’s the point of taking appointments if you overbook anyway.truly a waste of my time.

This is the store in Palm Coast. I’m doing this for my husband who is in Georgia working for awhile. He had trouble with his tires on the way out to Georgia. He made it to palm coast, called AAA , had trouble changing the tire , didn’t have the right tool. I need to mention my husband has a diesel truck pulling a trailer in which he had to unhook. For some reason he also had break problem. I guess when it “rains it pours “. This was on a Sunday when most stores are closed. He managed to bring it to Mavis. I was on the phone with him throughout the whole time. These people worked tirelessly with his truck and break even after hours to make sure he was safe before he got back on the road. My husband and I want to thank everyone there and it’s a relief for me !
