De verdad muy buen servicio, te explican y te ayudan con todo. La chica de front habla español y te ayudará con todo. Los mecánicos no hablan español pero te explican de la mejor manera. De verdad es un buen lugar para hacer mantenimiento a tu vehículo

I'm still at the shop but my experience was so good that I had to take a moment to leave a review. The employees are very friendly and professional and super knowledgeable! James brought me to the lift to show me what was going on and gave a brilliant explanation. No service done today because I plan to upgrade the worn components, but I left with everything I need to make an informed decision.

Really great customer service. Had a nail in my tire and called the store to see if they could squeeze me. James was very nice and accommodating, kept the store open and fixed my tire. 10/10 service would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their car.

Excellent, honest and prompt service. These gentlemen are transparent with their costs; they fully explain the needs of your vehicle and NEVER push you to pay for anything additional. They make recommendations and provide a written quote and sit and explain what your options are. Excellent excellent service!!

I've had two vastly different experiences at Mavis locations. My visit to the Narcoossee location was terrible, but this one was exceptional. Colton, the employee who assisted me, was very helpful and explained the issues with my car without trying to sell me unnecessary services. He was patient and thorough in his explanation, making me feel confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of. This experience was a huge improvement over my previous one, and I'm glad I gave the company another chance. Thanks to the employees, especially Colton, for a job well done.

Joe was a Guardian Angel today, I’m 21, I was driving by home for the holidays when I started smelling smoke in my car, I pulled off and stopped at a mavis right off the highway. It’s always scary being a young woman alone in a town I don’t know and have to figure out what to do with a car that’s not running the way it should. They got me in as soon as possible, got my car to a spot it was safe to drive home in and told me what to do and what not to do. One of the kindest people I’ve met, thank you.

I can’t emphasize enough how pleasantly surprised I was by the experience I had today. I expected to be bombarded with sales pitches and recommendation after recommendation for additional services I “could” need. My day started off rough I woke up to a flat tire, had to call a tow truck, and prepare myself for the possibility of having to replace multiple tires (my car’s all wheel drive). However when I arrived, Mavis checked my car and found that all I needed was a patch. Jason, Roger, and another gentleman whose name escapes me were incredibly kind and efficient. They didn’t try to upsell me but focused on solving the problem so I could get back to my day. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely prioritizes your needs over making a quick buck. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful ordeal into a positive experience!

Mavis always takes care of my car issues and in a timely manner. They’re close to home and have convenient hours for people who work M-F 9-5. I appreciate their good customer service and would recommend them to others.

So I literally just left this store, I stood there waiting to be helped for approximately 5 minutes. 3 of the guys working there saw me and still no help. Obviously, they don’t need the customers or I’ll take it as the customer service just sucks.

Took my car in for an oil change and ended up needing 2 new tires as well. This was the fastest service I’ve ever had anywhere. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location.

Al parecer en este momento cambiaron algunas personas, la vez pasada me atendió muy amablemente un señor que tenia un problema con una pierna, hoy me atendió una persona más joven, me preguntó que necesitaba, yo le dijo que un solo caucho, de inmediato me dijo que estaban muy llenos y que tardarían 5 horas en atenderme, me remitió a otra tienda, en la cual me atendieron muy bien, solucionando mi problema

I needed my oil changed, tires rotated, brakes checked, and overall check of my Tahoe because I wanted to take a road trip. I made an appointment with Mavis Tire & Brakes, and when I arrived, there was only one car ahead of me. They completed my truck within one hour of my appointment time. Matt was professional and courteous, and I appreciated him for getting me out in a timely manner. The price was reasonable, and they do more than just brakes. I'll be returning in the future. Got to Mavis pretty late in the afternoon with a flat tire and the pros at Mavis were able to get my tried repaired with same day before the shop closed! Thanks so much for getting me back on the road safely!

I took my Honda CRV to their sister location across the street for oil change the next day I hear a rattling and it was from the undercarriage cover that was not screwed back in it is all bent up now I noticed that they were together . When I questioned what happened they gave me an attitude and seemed like they didn't care I highly don't recommend going back to this place and I expect that they will replace the undercarriage would genuine Honda parts and order the proper screws

They are the best place ever. They honored the price on their website. They also are the CLEANEST shops that I have EVER seen! I asked if he could price a wheel bearing replacement and it was half the price another place wanted to charge me. Of course I schedule that appointment for the end of this month and will return for two more tires. I have to budget...LOL Staff very friendly and professional. I will definitely return...didn't I say that already?
