I came in unexpected my engine seized up and wouldnt accelerate i brought it to mavis tires and brake on 13995 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824 and they denied service to me i came up the street to the other mavis on landstar and they took care of me without hesitation i would not recommend the other store they suck...the guys at this store really looked out... 💯

I always choose this location to get my oil changes done. Victor always provides the best customer service for me. Quality work done at an affordable cost, and in a good time manner. Everyone here is very kind and trustworthy when letting know the services that my car genuinely needs. Highly recommend this specific mavis location.

I had my first visit at the Mavis 13466 Landstar location today for my car's oil change. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk and within 3 minutes of getting my information, they started working on my car. Quick service! Will definitely be coming back for my future car needs and would recommend to anyone.

They wanted to charge me $50 to mound one tire on a rim…. Went to another place. They charged me $10.

I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop! The service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and professional. The staff was friendly and made sure all my needs were met. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Victor was amazing, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision on repairs. I used to come to this same location before it was Mavis (when it was Tuffy’s) and NEVER received the treatment I received today.

All of the team here are great! Friendly, efficient, customer-oriented. Special shout-out to Victor and AJ as they are usually the two to greet me and assist me. Never once have I felt pressured to buy and they are always upfront with what services are needed right now and what can wait. Pricing is very competitive and usually better than other shops. It’s nice to have a place to go to that I can trust both the people and the work being done!

Best service I could ask for. Their police didn’t allow the service I needed but they still accepted my car. Victor in the front was very friendly and effective work. 100% would recommend.

after having a terrible experience where another tire shop completely stripped my lugnut and left me stranded I tried to go to the other mavis tires and was shown no urgency to help us out, THANK GOD this one was just up the street, victor assured me he could help take care of the situation all while having the best customer service. Will definitely be back
