Be careful when calling for quotes on tires with Mavis. I called the store number and apparently their call center answered. The gentleman that quoted me tires quote me one price of $214 out the door per tire and I purchased two of them. The total should’ve been $429 from what he told me. I shopped around and compared and went with this tire shop because it was the lowest at the moment. However, once my wife picked up the vehicle the next day they added an additional $60 to the total. When originally I thought I was being quoted the price out the door like I asked. I don’t think it’s good business practice to give someone a price in which they agreed to and then charge them something else afterwards. I ended up actually paying More going with them because other tire shops had quoted me less with no hidden fees.

On a Sunday afternoon, I noticed my car was leaking oil, and there were no repair shops open nearby. Fortunately, I was able to find Mavis and they were open, where I spoke with Juan. He provided an immediate diagnosis and was incredibly helpful. The attention to detail and the quality of service I received were outstanding. I truly appreciated their professionalism and efficiency, especially on such short notice. Highly recommend!

9/10 really enjoyed their service first shop that I felt like truly cared and not was just doing there job they put covers over my seats and steering wheel so no oil will get on it and I love that because every time I go to a mavis it’s always oil in the car! but this time no oil Joel came an extra early to help me with my car part very appreciative of him and Juan help me with my tires Very thankful and grateful for them both were very communicative! The only Reason why I didn’t give them like 10 out of 10 was bc as I was driving on the TurnpikeI heard something keeps scraping and so when I pulled over to get some gas my hood under neath had a screw missing and when I pulled in to the pumped it popped completely of. Now I don’t leave in Orlando and I was already an hour away so that was really the only thing that was upsetting

Recently visited to change oil. They gave me an excellent deal also they rotate tires for free for life for every oil change. The waiting area is clean with wifi & television to watch.

They over charged me even when I questioned it and the manager made up an excuse to justify the price that didn't make any sense. After i was told another price before hand. Took advantage and that's not ok. I called customer service and they even said I was wrongfully over charged by a significant amount. The manager was very sneaky and greedy and took me as if I was dumb.

1237 is the best place to go if you have any trouble with your car. I just brought my car in cause the use tire shop on OBT here in Orlando really mess up the lock nut to the tire so I had to bring it here and these guy are so awesome they use everything in their power and finally got the lock nut off. I mean you can’t ask for better group of mechanics with real raw experience to get the job Done!! My only regret is not visiting Mavis sore # 1237 first ( silly me ) for now on Mavis is my first choice when it comes to my vehicles point blank.

I had gotten a flat and pull up on google to see which was the closest tires shop to me and this place came up. I was taken care of as soon as I walk in. Everyone there is very nice and friendly feel like I made some new friends when I had left. Definitely recommended and definitely be back.

This place changed a lot, they just raised all the prices for tires that is not even worth the price, more than $140 for a 60miles tire is crazy, even when I was asking for another type of tire that I know it worth they just ignored me, I have been three times here, never happened something like this...Definitely not coming back
