Their Service Manager Tony is awesome and took great care of my 4Runner. Only recommended what was needed with no up-selling or pushy “your care is dangerous” tactics here. Highly recommend this place for tires, breaks, and other auto care.

Mavis tire is a great tire shop with honest people working. Lis at the front desk was very helpful in my stressful situation and got me what I needed in the end. She kept everything running smooth and the customers flowing. The technician did the job quickly and professionally. And always a better price for a better product than anywhere else.

Customer service super rude. I went in with a screw in my tire and they didn't even wanted to look at it or asked me to wait. He said they were two hours behind.

Great service and courteous! It was busy and they were short staffed but I had made an appointment online for a tire repair. I was out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend Tony and his team!

Had an appointment to get my brake pads replaced because the quick oil change location I used to go to told me I needed new brake pads. I wanted a legit shop that did breaks to work on my car so I found this place. They did the free brake inspection and informed me my brakes were still good and they did not require replacing... basically I assume the other place was trying to upsell me. Now I will be getting my car's oil changed at this location along with the yearly state inspection. 20 minutes later I was back on the road and paid $0.00 because they check brakes for free.

On a trip to Raleigh, we experienced a flat tire. After my brave husband changed the tire himself on the side of the interstate, we visited this Mavis location to get a repair. The fellas at this location were quick to help, very efficient, and so courteous! We were back on the road in a jiffy with renewed confidence to continue our travels safely!!!! Thankful!!! Highly recommend!!!

i love this place! they are mostly veterans here and as a fellow veteran i am very appreciative and i definitely love to support veteran ran businesses. i went today because my daughter ran over a bolt and i was worried it would need to be replaced but not only were they able to patch it and repair it but they did it free of charge! what a blessing because today is my birthday and i was so thankful that they did that. i plan to go here for all my vehicle needs and i also recommend all the veterans in this area to go here as well to support our fellow veterans. they also do things right the first time not like other places in this area causing you to have to go back multiple times to redo the work they messed up. also, they have really great prices on their services. 10/10 recommend!

Mike at Mavis 42 is wonderful! He’s super nice and knowledgeable. Had a nail in my tire, took me first thing this morning and in and out in 20 mins. Highly recommend Mavis!

Worked with Phil and had a greate experience. Wife got a flat tire yesterday and brought it in close to closing and he got us the tire changed and balanced quickly. Even assisted with a socket size I didn't have. You can tell he works hard and strives to help and give the best service possible.

Took my car in today after I noticed my front tire was kinda flat and needed a patch. Scheduled an appointment online and got in a couple hours later. Mike and Anthony were very professional and got me in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for other services that our cars need
