Rose the front desk manager was super helpful and knowledgeable from minute one! I drive a fleet vehicle, I made my online reservation last minute because I had an open schedule today. Not a problem! The website was Super user friendly and it only took a few minutes to set up my appointment. When I arrived, Rose got me set up, explained everything and advised me of the timeline. They had me pulled in and serviced in no time! Great vibe from all the staff! Wish I got this king of customer service more often! Outstanding team! Highly recommend!

Mavis Tires & Brakes provided excellent service during my recent visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I initially was greeted by Rose she was beyond helpful ! They offered great pricing on tires and performed a thorough brake inspection. My car feels smooth and safe on the road now. I was in and out quickly, and I appreciate the no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend for tire and brake needs!

I debated very hard for this review. I took my sons vehicle in for repairs and over a 7 month period the vehicle kept going back they just couldn’t get it right. I was very fortunate that Mike the new manager got immediately involved and for the first time in 7 months my son got his vehicle back. Thank you Mike for stepping in and resolving the issue

Had a phenomenal experience, Mike the lead tech/service manager personally took care of an issue with my car no one else could! He actually cared and didn’t try to pull one over on me knowing I was a woman that had no idea what was going on and apparently no one else could either! Thank you mavis but more importantly thank you Mike!!!!

This is by far my favorite location. Their customer service exceeds my expectations every time. They got me in for service even though they were 5 min away from closing for the day. I’m so grateful for them and their fast and efficient service. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys at this location are super amazing. I was in serious need to deal with what I thought was a nail in my BMW run-flat tire but after looking at the tire exterior on the car they took it off did an inspection didn’t see a nail and then took the tire off the rim and inspected the interior there was no puncture the tire just lost air without any problem. They didn’t charge me or anything. But took the time to really throughly inspect it. When I need new tires I will be buying them from them 100%.

These people are amazing! I came in with a screw in the sidewall and 4 worn out tires. They were very fair and honest, got a good price and wasn’t upsold on anything I didn’t need. I walked out to realize they also restored and shined up my headlights! What a bonus and wonderfully pleasant experience

Howard, the manager is very courteous, albeit I'm a 55yr old woman and he addressed me as "girl". I don't feel he was being melocious. I asked him to stop, but he continued addressing me as "girl". On another note, I had my SUV in for NC DMV inspection and they fixed my rear brake light. Since it was raining when I arrived I knew my rear wiper was working. When I left, it wasn't working. Howard said come back and we'll fix it. I came back and the mechanic fix it so the wiper turned again. Later I realized the wiper was not set properly. Howard said bring it back and the same mechanic will fix it. At this point I did not want to give the same mechanic a 3rd try, so I went to my general car mechanic who set it in place correctly. I also noticed a metal bar sticking out of my hood near the wiper washer reservoir. I opened my SUV's hood and saw the support bracket laying on top of my reservoir and head lamp frame with not bolts. I just shook my head and figured the same mechanic forgot to bolt down the bar after checking the air filter or whatever he was inspecting. In summary, I'd give a 1 star but the manager, Howard, seems genuine but I don't trust the mechanics. ******** Changing to two star, I've recently discovered today the NTB shop left the bolts off my battery support bar and did not secure the air filter box screws. UNBELIEVABLE! ******** Changing to 4 stars NTB has made an earnest effort to improve their culture

I visited the Millbrook location and met the Store Manager, Barry. Barry and his staff was so professional, friendly and accommodating. I came in for an unscheduled Inspection and did not wait long. The treatment I received was so great, I brought my daughter's car for an emergency service the same day and they took care of her as well. We are both are so delighted to have received such great treatment and service. Thanks for all your help guys!
