I’ve been bringing my cars here for the past five years. I almost stopped two years ago because the previous manager did not seem to care to answer questions I had about the maintenance of my cars. The current manager, Mike, is a definite improvement over the two previous managers. The store is cleaner than before and the service is much better. My cars are always ready when they say they will be ready and the price is always what they quote. I will continue to bring my cars to the Duraleigh Rd. location.

4:00 Appointment on Saturday Nov 30. We drive two cars there so we can drop one, and they are closed. Sign says open to 5 on Saturday. Locked up and no one answering the phone. All down hill since they went to Mavis.

I have been back and forth on whether or not to stay with Mavis. Since they took over from NTB it has not been the best experience, with many changing of the guards. Well the recent change, in the form of Brad, is the best change they could have made. His professionalism and knowledge is what I look for when I go anywhere for service. Brad had a thorough check up of my car conducted, and told me what work needed to be done. Once I decided to move forward with the work, I was kept informed of the progress and when my car was ready. Great experience, thanks to Brad and staff.

Oil change revealed stripped lugs. If Brad had not suggested a tire rotation, my wife could have experienced a serious accident. I’m forever grateful for him because his customer service was beyond superior. Mavis’s mechanics are efficient & expedient.

Brad and Adrian are awesome ! They found the nail in my Tesla Model Y that no one else’s could find and they have me a killer dealt on a set of tires. Would highly recommend it !

Brad really helped me out in a pinch! Tires was flat and at around 7pm they were the only ones open. He mounted it to the rim for me and had it ready to put back on my care in about 15 minutes. Really solid service and was super helpful.

Mike and his team at this location are top tier. Not only do they do great work on my car they will also help show me occasional things like fixing headlights/brakelights so I can fix my car on my own. I’m in and out for oil changes and tire rotations never wait more than 1-2 hours, if that, to have them completed. Everything is very reasonably priced here and they will honor discount codes from the website.

So I just called for a quick quote and the service technician that answered the phone hang up on me twice yelling over the phone just because I was asking how much it would cost me to get my car fixed. If this is the type of service I get over the phone, I wouldn’t like to know what they would do in person or to my vehicle. I don’t recommend this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. I RESERVED A PRICE ONLINE AND IN PERSON AFTER THE SERVICE THEY CHARGED ME $100 EXTRA, LUCKILY I HAD THE RESERVATION RECEIPT. THEN THEY TOLD ME MY POWER STEERING WAS EMPTY, BUT THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TRUE, BECAUSE I HAD JUST GOT IT DONE BY ANOTHER AUTO SERVICE WEEKS BEFORE. SO I GO TO THE OTHER AUTO SERVICE TO VERIFY AND THEY SAID IT WAS FULL. THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME, BUT I KNOW BETTER. AND YALL BETTER KNOW BETTER TO NOT GO HERE.

I had an outstanding experience with NTB tonight! I had a flat tire tonight and was worried about getting it fixed before leaving to go out of town tomorrow. NTB answered my call immediately and assured me no matter I couldn’t come in until 20 minutes before close, they would stay and replace my tire. I am so impressed with their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help people. It was MUCH appreciated, especially being a girl with no clue what to do with a flat! Thank you SO much, NTB! Will be back in the future!

NTB are the only people I rely on for my car maintenance needs. Mykel was super knowledgeable and informed me of everything he was about to do and explained why I needed it. I felt secure knowing I came to NTB and they had people there that loved cars and knew what they were talking about! Will definitely be back!!

This was my first visit and the location desires 5+++ stars. I had to post this review before I left the shop. The guys had to replace my tire sensors. I'm delighted with the service that I received here! The technicians were highly professional and friendly. They took the time to show me the damaged part and also explained the process. The shop's waiting area was clean and comfortable. I also feel like a valued customer. The replacement was done quickly, and everything works perfectly now. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!"

Had a great experience at Mavis (formerly NTB), at Duraleigh Rd. Mike & Kel were very professional, friendly and helpful. My car ran noticeably better as soon as I got out of there. Plus their pricing is very fair.
