Had a flat tire on my way home from work. Tire was ruined but these guys were able to replace it quickly and at a fair price! I was surprised at how fast they were because they seemed really busy. It only took an hour at most. I went to have a bite at PDQ nearby, came back, and my car was done!

My tire pressure light came on and I immediately made an appointment although I was about 45 minutes away. Roger and Joseph assisted me with plugging one of my tires and adding air to the others. Thank you both for your customer service. I will continue purchasing tires from thus establishment.

This location is what all locations should strive to be. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They let you know any issues that are appearing but do not become overly pushy about getting additional services you may need. The interior is clean and the service area looks well maintained. Online deals are available and honored in store.

Brandon was awesome. I recently was effected financially by the hurricanes and needed my truck belt fixed. He went out of his way to fix it for me for no charge! Super knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented mechanic. I would give 10 stars if google would let me!

Honest people took me to see the problem physically, Not just on paper .They went over and beyond to help me and get the job done correctly. Mr Roger and Mr Brandon were awesome. There was another gentleman there who also was helpful but I didn't get his name. I highly recommend this store and their staff.(Waters Ave in Tampa)

Pricey place but i didn’t have any other option near by, my tire needed to be fix and brakes needed replacement, they didn’t check the tire pressure and didn’t rotate the tires as I asked them to do, I also asked to replace some damaged lugs on the tire but they didn’t do it (they forgot), they told me to come back later, but I don’t have time..anyway….they also lost my key and eventually found it.. not the best

I have been a customer of this location for years. As a woman one often feels leary about going to auto repair facilities but I have always been able to trust these guys. They have always found me the best deals on tires and provided me with the best service. I hate to admit but I'm older and disabled and they always provide a comfortable atmosphere in which to wait. The guys are very friendly and conversational they keep me informed of the status of the repair and are affordable. I'd recommend them for any service.

awesome service. very friendly staff. Joseph was excellent! thank you for your services. we needed tires on my jeep spared from the hurricane. we lost our rv and f350 thou. we're heading back to Michigan in the jeep. with brand new tires. thankyou again.
