Fast service great job. Bob the manager was very understanding and was able to service my car asap. The staff was very professional with quality work. Bob and Dante-gives you service with a smile and is truly an asset to Mavis tire. I only will go there for all my car needs.

Updated review. 5 stars when they were Kauffman Tire. Used them 8 or so years ago, and there were no issues. After changing to Mavis, their quality checks have gone down. 1. In 2022, I purchased a new set of truck tires, drove home, and discovered they were the wrong load rating. New tires installed, drove home, discovered one tire could no longer hold air, and was flat. Had to buy a compressor and bottle jack and had to replace a faulty valve stem(pretty easy to do). 2. In early 2021, i brought in my wife's car for lifetime tire rotation and decided on an oil change. Came home, oil leak on my driveway. Brought it back and discovered it was a crush washer issue. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and recommended my family and friends to look elsewhere.

Everyone there is super chill and are car guys too….lol. Everyone was very friendly, good service. Edit: Didn’t realize at first but there is a sizable chip on the edge of my wheels. Just got aftermarket ones too so this kinda sucks. Everyone there is still friendly, but I’m not sure how much I can say that you won’t have your wheels banged up a little when you go.

Absolutely terrible service. Communication is bad. They told every customer it will take two hours. 4 of us been here longer than 4 hours. They’re not busy at all.

One of the best experiences with an automotive shop I’ve ever had. Waited until last minute to book an appointment and the staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. Incredibly knowledgable individuals that won’t lead you astray or make you pay for anything you don’t need. Will be going here from now on for any and all car maintenance I need in the future.

The best service, the best people you can talk to and they actually listen. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Rob... what you did for me is beyond kindness and yes, that took care of the issue i brought it in for. Other establishments could have raked me over the coals.

Very very bad experience. The front desk executive told it will take 1 or 2 hours for brake fluid replacement and waited there. However after two and half hours while checking, the other person is saying it will take another 45 min and the mechanic didn't start it. And it was very rudely asking whether I want to get it done or get the car back. Very unprofessional behavior and attitude. When asked for delay, they told they are very busy but then why to give wrong commitment when the customer comes.

I called and made an appointment a couple of days beforehand because I needed an oil change, a tire pressure check and for them to check why my A/T temp high light came on. They took my car in right away and after a bit I was told the automatic transmission fluid looked good and there was no leak. They said I could get it flushed but they didn't see anything wrong at the time since the light didn't come back on. They advised if the light came back on that I could take it back and get it flushed. Their honesty was greatly appreciated and I was grateful I didn't need to spend an extra $200 that day. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend to make an appointment ahead of time if you have the chance. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely go back again.

I went to the store after my son blew a tire after hitting a curb. I met with Rob who did a fantastic job in getting me in and repaired in no time. I couldn’t believe how fast they repaired it and the bill was very reasonable. I think I just found my new auto repair shop!

I went to Mavis for 4 new tires, an alignment, and a synthetic oil change. I came as a walk-in and stayed for over 6 hours, but was understanding and just grateful they could fit me in. When I was leaving, I noticed my alignment paperwork was still showing red on my front passenger side tire with VERY out of range numbers. It was as the store was closing, so I called back and agreed with the manager to bring my car back first thing the next morning to be looked at. He informed me he would not be in, but would leave a note for the other manager so they knew and could get my car up first thing. The next morning prior to leaving for the shop, I visually inspected the tire with incorrect alignment and noticed it was VISIBLY mounted unevenly… which was quite concerning to me, as someone with absolutely no car experience. When I arrived, it seemed as though the person helping me was unaware of the situation. I was told it would possibly be about 2 hours, but again, I was being patient and just wanting it to be fixed. I walked to a nearby restaurant and after three hours of waiting, I was growing impatient. I assumed fixing their mistakes would be priority, but I guess not. In an attempt to reach them about the status of my car, the phone rang for about 10 minutes before someone picked up and quickly requested I hold, so I held for about 10 more minutes before I hung up to call back. In doing so, the phone rang again for about 10 more minutes before someone answered and requested I hold, before they could place me on hold I quickly stated I had been holding for about 30 minutes and wanted an update on my car. They finished helping the customer in person and picked the call back, after placing me on hold again I was told my car was ready. I asked why no one had called to inform me of this to which the man told me he was “pretty sure he had called.” I had been very specifically waiting to receive a call and never did.. I had no missed calls or voicemails. I won’t go into detail, but I was also harassed by one of the service technicians while I was there, which made me feel very uncomfortable to have to go back after I had already made the decision I would not return.. but after spending nearly $1,000 for the work in the first place, I didn’t have much choice. The lack of priority in addressing their mistakes and poor communication is quite honestly unacceptable business practice. I’m sharing this review because I personally rely heavily on online ratings and would have avoided this shop had I read a review with an experience like mine. If you value your safety OR time, I would NOT recommend this location. I am shocked by their high ratings given my extremely disappointing experience. (The pre-alignment shown is after installation of the new tires, the post alignment is how they let me leave their shop with a visible unevenly mounted tire.)
